I made an appointment to get the differential and transfer case fluids serviced on my RAV4, quoted for $120 each. The day before my appointment, my check engine light came on so I asked them to look at that too. I was quoted $192 for the diagnostic test, which would be waived, if I got services done there, to address the issues. Turns out my gas cap wasn't tightened down and the battery terminals were loose, causing the check engine light to go off! They also think there's something going on with my transmission... So, they didn't do any of the services I requested, and referred me to another shop in Tacoma. I was charged for the diagnosis ($192) and for the replacement of the battery terminals ($76), which I hadn't approved of!?! I'm frustrated they were unable to do the services I requested, and disappointed I was charged $324 just to be told to screw in my gas cap better, and to have the battery terminals replaced... which I could have done myself for $12, if they had asked before doing the work. I feel overcharged for the work they did, and won't be going back again.

Chris Gill, the perfect example of exceptional customer service, has left an unforgettable mark on my life. His unwavering kindness and generosity are truly remarkable. As a new nurse in Olympia, I was facing numerous challenges, including my apt being broken into and everything stolen. To top it off, thieves attempted to steal my rims, causing damage to my car and leaving my rim loose while I was driving. Just when I thought all hope was lost, Chris Gill happened to be driving by and came to my rescue. My car broke down near his shop, and the tow truck wanted an outrageous fee to tow it down the street. But Chris, with his incredible resourcefulness, managed to get the car to his shop on his own. Despite my financial struggles due to the previous incidents, Chris went above and beyond to help me. He personally assisted me in finding all the necessary parts and saved me a significant amount of money that he didn’t have to. His selflessness and generosity were truly inspiring. Chris gave me a ride back home and even suggested that I use his personal car if I needed it. It was a simple gesture, but it meant the world to me. We had only just met, and yet he had shown such compassion and kindness. When I came to pick up the car, Chris had me wait so he can personally inspect the whole vehicle to address any concerns and for me to be safe to drive away. As a nurse who takes care of people for a living, I felt a deep sense of gratitude for Chris’s actions. He truly embodied the spirit of giving and selflessness. Chris Gill deserves to be recognized for his incredible heart and generosity. I am incredibly grateful for his help and will always remember the kindness he showed me.

These guys are awesome. Called in got in right away. They got my oil changed and being a purse they actually gave us some really good recognition. He informed me that they actually will come grab our card and drop them back off and a whole bunch of other benefits to health car workers. Which is not seen any where else! The staff here rocks. 100% some of the nicest folks I've ever taken a car to. They genuinely care about cars and people which is hard to find nowadays. Paris at the desk, was absolutely so nice and so helpful and had a wonderful attitude, legitimately couldn't have been more pleasant of a person to interact with. Chris was absolutely one of THE nicest car dudes I've ever spoken to, put the customer first, and even tried to help me make sure there weren't other cheaper avenues I could take before servicing our car. You don't see people like that anymore, most people would take your money and run it up. Not these guys. and I am genuinely beyond grateful. Car stuff gives me THE MOST ANXIETY out of anything and they made the experience easy, fast (as it could be) and painless. It even cost less than I thought it would. Location is also fantastic because we were able to spend time at mall and target. 11/10 great experience, and to top it all off we were able to DRIVE home, which I was worried we weren't gonna be able to do lol. Thanks guys you're the best!!!! We will be back if we ever need car repairs/ maintenence!!!

Chris was incredibly helpful, he worked with me on my costs and understanding what my car needed. I had minor surgery and college classes then work in the same day and wasn’t prepared to leave my car overnight. Chris gave me his own personal truck as a loaner and made sure I felt taken care of. Highly recommend him and the team as they got my car fixed sooner than I expected!
