I had the pleasure of doing business with Doug Sample and his team at Capital Collision Center in West Olympia. The front fender on my Colorado was damaged in a collision, and these guys really took care of it. I received a quote in no time, and I was scheduled for my repair. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and I was updated on the repair daily. Not only did these guys help me with my fender, they helped me with a bad headlamp assembly that they discovered in the process of replacing my fender. We were able to do the whole thing on one job. Best service I've ever had, and I won't hesitate to come back. Its been a good month now and the repair still looks as great as the day it was finished. I honestly cannot tell that any work took place, which is the mark of real craftsmanship. Trust this team to do a real quality job.

Well, USAA a has them as first choice. They always get you in, they're always there to help they keep you updated. Besides that, they always have fresh coffee for you. And the yardsmen are always willing to help Without even asking them, they're johnny on the spot. Larry is the one that I deal with always have? It seems like they know their customers. I'm going have them every time. As the same, which is fine with me The death scales are remarkable always cheery AND LARRY MADE SURE THAT I GOT MY VEHICLE BACK BY MY BIRTHDAY. AND I TOLD HIM, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. I'LL PICK IT UP AT THE END OF THE WEEK. BUT NOPE, IT WAS READY, AND I WAS SO SURPRISED AND HAPPY TO GET BACK IN MY NEW CAR.! It's too dark to take a picture. But you sure see me with a smile? Oh and my car add an alternator belt. Came off the car was brand new 2 months old and it was a factory defect. I guess. They could have charged me. Are my insurance company? But they didn't, they just put it on and told me, so now I will go back to Toyota and tell them about their defect so it doesn't happen again. I'm very happy to get into my car again.

First of all, if you are reading reviews for body shops, I'm sorry for the stress you are under. It will all be okay! We had two incidents - first, a tree branch totaled my beloved Honda Fit. As the car was totaled, Capital did not do any repairs but they were helpful and communicative throughout the process. A few months later, an Amazon box truck reversed into our brand new (900 miles) Subaru (which was the replacement for the Honda...) and caused significant damage. We brought the car to Capitol after having a good experience with the Honda situation, and they were great! Chris Openshaw (who was assigned to us for both cars) was honest and communicative, even throughout weeks and months of waiting on backordered parts. The car did come back initially with a few odd issues (for example, a bit of overspray in areas under the hood, the locks randomly locking and unlocking while we were driving) but Chris listened to us and fixed every issue that came up promptly. He did not dismiss any concerns we had. Insurance paid for the $16k in repairs, so I have no comment on the cost, but it is now a year later and my car runs and looks like nothing happened. We have not had any mechanical issues (other than a faulty AC fixed under manufacturer warranty), the paint is matched perfectly, the lines and spacing are perfect - zero complaints. Although I hope I never have to come back here, I wouldn't hesitate to if yet another large object chooses to squash my car. Thanks again, Chris!

They do fantastic work! Their estimate was accurate, they dealt with my insurance company, my car was ready before the time they gave me. They kept me informed of the progress on my car via texts which made it a worry free experience. They also detailed my car before I picked it up. Wax job, carpets shampooed, dash and steering wheel protection applied. My car looks great inside and out!
