Busy bee did a great job hands down!!! they had our truck finished in no time. Our steering gear box broke completely off our truck, I got in contact with them, we had it towed to the shop, big thanks to Ms. Hannah and Mr Cody the owners they patiently waited for our truck to arrive after business hours and was very understanding and professional. Management and whole team gets a A+ from me and the Mrs. We would recommend everyone to go check them out at either locations West Olympia or martin way location. From getting air in your tires or engine replacement, either way they'll take care of you. Thanks again busy bee👏🏾👍🏾

Busy Bee Automotive has been in business for less than a year yet I’d argue from my experience with dealers and other independent shops that they are outperforming the local competition. They are honest and their knowledgeable staff works efficiently to ensure your vehicle receives the best possible service even when part delays occur. I recommend Busy Bee and tell my friends they’ll thank me later! It’s a relief to have a trusted mechanic shop to go to when my Mercedes feels under the weather. This place is horrible. They trashed my car with a fire while it was in their shop! I tried to be cool and allow them to repair the damage instead of notifying insurance and they literally put a bandaid over a amputated limb with the repairs. The owners refuse to be decent and says they don't owe me anything. Yet my car is trashed. If you want to keep your car nice don't bring it here.

These guys are a lifesaver!! We got stranded on i5 with my car broken down halfway to seabrook for thanksgiving . They helped us find a tow truck, the tow truck driver was amazing. They got our car in and had it fixed by the time we were done with our Thanksgiving trip. Their prices are great and their service is even better. Highly recommend! Wish I lived in the area so I could use them all the time !

Worked with Cody, had a fantastic experience. I experienced a catastrophic oil leak on the highway, disabling my vehicle on a Sunday, around noon, and no one else was open and answering phones within 20 miles. They got me in (after a roadside-assistance tow), diagnosed, and fixed the leak quickly. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. Definitely recommend visiting them for service. Also, their waiting room was surprisingly cozy and comfortable to hang out in.

Last week I brought in our company car from Sylvan Learning Center for the first time. We had used a Puyallup company previously for many years but they changed ownership. Busy Bee got me in for service quickly and did a very thorough inspection. There was no pressure to do any more services, and extremely helpful to budget time and money for future upkeep. Their price was easily 30% less than my quote from the other place. Super friendly and family owned. Highly recommend!

I've had a couple experiences here and they weren't the best. My last experience was getting an oil change and letting them know I was losing antifreeze but I could only afford the oil change so after almost 3 hours they said they did kind of a pressure test without charging me and found nothing wrong....well, antifreeze doesn't just evaporate so I knew that was wrong and the next day I was left broke down on the side of the road because my car overheated and Iost all my antifreeze. I called them to say this an got told there's nothing they can do. Single parent with beyond low income and I found the culprit myself, on the side of the road. The problem isn't fixed but I'm definitely not returning. After reading your response I'm compelled to edit my review to add that you are a complete liar Hanna. I never asked for any other service or inspections of my entire car. I came in for a simple oil change and to eye ball, like pro mechanics do, looking under the hood for an antifreeze leak. Very straight forward and simple. I also came in at 9 am to schedule this appointment that had me come back at noon. Never once discussed with the gentleman working the counter that I would be dropping my vehicle off for hours. I handed my key over and he directed me to the seating area and asked if I wanted a beverage. So, clearly knew I wasn't dropping my car off. Whatever so called test was done ended in complete failure on your company's part. If I would have paid the almost 80 dollars for this pressure test I would be out that money because clearly there was an issue that landed me stranded on the side of the road.

Hey Yal, Its Summer! I choose BusyBee over OlyAutoworx by far. The prices are suitable for this economy and the service is on-point. Dont confuse lower pricing for lower service. These guys did an Astronomical job helping me with my headlights when I went in for a simple oil change. They look, they see, with your permission they will fix and not fixate in your wallet. Im on l&i, and was stuck at home-not being able to afford an oil change and tire-rotation. Then I found their dec-jan coupon for 69.99 for both PLUS an inspection. And the front desk guy is Amazing! He is multi-tasking with patience and concern. Choose Busy-Bee! (not a paid review or comment. Promise.!)

I’m writing this review to bring attention to a concerning experience my father had at Busy Bee Automotive LLC. According to the invoice (RO #5832) for his 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the shop performed a Castrol oil change service and inspection. After he picked up the vehicle, we discovered the oil fill cap had been left off and the intake boot clamp was left loose. These are extremely basic items that should always be secured before returning a vehicle to a customer. Leaving the oil cap off can cause oil to spray throughout the engine bay and potentially lead to serious engine damage. It raises serious concerns about the quality control and final inspection process at this shop. My father also requested a tire rotation, which is listed on the invoice. The shop marked the service as declined due to the rear tires being at 3/32 tread depth. If that was the case, it should have been clearly explained and documented to the customer at the time rather than simply signing off on the service. What makes this even more concerning is that the paperwork also included multiple high-dollar repair recommendations, including a $794 water pump replacement and a $219 coolant service, while basic service items were not properly completed. Customers trust automotive shops with vehicles that their families rely on every day. Returning a vehicle with critical components left unsecured is unacceptable. I would appreciate a response from the owner or management explaining how something like this passed inspection before the vehicle was returned to the customer. Until then, I would strongly encourage customers to double-check the work performed before leaving the shop.

I called using my car’s hands-free speaker while driving, and John stayed on the phone with me and guided me until I made it safely into their driveway. That level of care and patience meant a lot to me. From the moment I walked in, Busy Bee Automotive felt comfortable and welcoming. They treated me with respect and showed real honesty and integrity in their work. The waiting area is comfortable, and if you have an appointment they get right to work. The team is professional, efficient, and their prices are more reasonable than many other places I’ve been to. Whether it’s an oil change, maintenance, or other car service, they really do excellent work. Busy Bee Automotive is truly a gem of a place.
