★★★★★ I just wanted to say thank you to the whole crew for working on my 2005 Acura TL yesterday. I appreciate your timeliness, thoroughness and customer service! I'll be coming back in the future. *Edit 3/6/26* : I've been to Ben's Automotive 3 times now. The most recent visit was for electrical gremlins. They checked everything, couldn't find a parasitic draw in my 05 Acura TL. They trickle charged my battery and tested for draws everywhere they could think and didn't find anything. I was surprised, because my battery kept draining overnight to the point I had to have my car towed there. Even though they didn't find a draw they held on to it over the weekend (it was late Friday afternoon when they got back to me; they don't have room in their lot to accommodate this regularly, please don't expect them to hold space unnecessarily) and my car started just fine the following Monday afternoon. Hopefully the gremlins are gone. Long story short, they're honest and turn over vehicles quickly if they can, but are still very thorough and mechanically instinctive. The shop has recently come under management of a new owner, and I wish the techs and the business a steady and prosperous future. You guys are great grease monkeys, keep it rockin'!
