I initially contacted Victor at Quality Muffler and Brake to install a new muffler on my truck. I had an idea of what I wanted but Victor was very familiar with the make and model of my truck that he made a suggestion that saved me several hundred dollars while still providing a new muffler that sounded really good. I made an appointment with him the following day at 9:30 AM and dropped my truck off. The truck was ready when I arrived and the work was phenomenal. He used the exact parts he said he would ànd the welds were very well made. I am totally happy with the way my truck sounds and have no reservations in recommending him to anyone who has exhaust issues.

I had my car inspected here for catalytic codes and was promised SEVERAL times that id get an estimate via email then told it would be on paper for me to pick up. Needless to say they NEVER gave me an estimate, won’t answer or return calls and is EXTREMELY RUDE to me and the person trying to help me with the repairs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT MECHANIC! PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS CRAP! Lucky I couldn’t give zero stars that’s how awful this place was to me and the people attempting to help me get the vehicle fixed. That’s POOR SERVICE!!! Not sure how they’re still in business with practices like this!!

Called asking to remove my stock exhaust and straight pipe it.Victor got me in as soon as possible, He gave me a fair and reliable price upfront of what the total would be. Gave him the car and finished in only a couple hours! He even stayed late to make sure I could grab my car after work. Great quality, couldn’t be happier. Big thanks to Victor and his staff! Did excellent work on my exhaust manifold! Replaced it with out flaw. Victor’s price was very compatible with other shops. Great business! Victor is replacing a catalytic converter in my vehicle from someone taking it out. He took great care of working with my insurance adjuster getting them everything they need in covering this claim. He responded with them very quick. Very reputable business! I will always bring my vehicle here at Quality Muffler and Brakes for repairs.

I was surprised how quickly they got me in and completed the job. A custom muffler and exhaust tip were added and they installed within a few hours. Honest advice and excellent service. The exhaust on my v8 4runner sounds awesome now. It also has more power especially low-end. Breathes much better and sounds mean. They did a great job

Had a muffler and tail pipes done on my 2002 Camaro. Overpriced of course. Specifically asked if they could make sure the pipes are even and straight. I think that made guy mad and my tail pipes look like they did it wrong on purpose. It also had a topside weld they were too lazy to do, but did fix later. This guy was supposed to be top dog. I'll change my review if he fixes it right.

Thank you SO much Victor for all your help!! Our car was coming back from the Gorge after that crazy storm and hit a construction plate on the road which damaged some components under our vehicle. Needless to say we were freaking out, but I called Victor and he said he would get it done. A few hours later and he did just that! The car runs better than before which is amazing!! He was missing a person too but still is dedicated to his craft, I highly recommend this shop. 10/10 thank you again!

Honest mechanic who took a look at our van free of charge and gave us some advice to fix a few small things before attempting some higher cost repairs. Great service and ethics here. These guys are awesome! I took in my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4.7l to see if my catalytic converters were clogged. The looked at it right there on the spot and were straight up and straight forward with the assessment. They told me I only had one cat, I thought it had three, also it has cherry bomb exhaust, I didn't know that either. They told me, the cat is fine which saves me a lot of money and time. They ran a scan tool and checked for codes and there were none. They informed me that the Dodge power tech 4.7l engines have issues with the computer with high mileage and that could be my problem and that it presents the same symptoms as other vehicles with the same engine as being the computer as the culprit. The best part is they did this all for free. I highly recommend these guys. I have a soft spot in my heart for honest hard working shops and if I ever need exhaust work or custom performance exhaust, I will give these guys all my money to do the job honestly and professionally. Thanks so much guys!

The name says it all. I’ve brought in a few trucks and jeeps in over the years to have work done and these guys never seem to disappoint. The work is always clean and quality and the price is right. My dad has brought a few of his trucks in over the years as well. To be honest we’ve never gone elsewhere. I’m pretty sure they’ve been around since the dawn of time so that should be telling enough. Why spend your money at some automotive chain and have work done by people with zero vested interest in your project when you could come here and have work done by guys with an outstanding reputation while keeping your dollars flowing within our community! I highly recommend these guys!

The only guys I could find who would shorten my stainless exhaust for me. They accepted me as a walk in. They did great welds. They had good recommendations as far as other far shops to work with. Outstanding service. After several shops couldn’t accommodate my high-roof Mercedes Sprinter, Quality Muffler & Brake got me on the schedule the exact day I was available. The team was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable—the tech I spoke with had extensive muffler experience and explained everything up front.
