Yesterday my wife performed a science experiment. She wanted to find out which was harder, the plastic cover on the passenger side mirror of her Honda Fit or the wood frame on the entrance to our garage. As it turns out, the wood frame is. So, I took her car into Miller’s Autobody this morning to get a bid to repair the mirror. Jeff Miller helped me. He said he thought they could warm the plastic up and get the pieces to pop back into place. He said that option would cost nothing; that’s right nothing. And to replace the mirror would cost four to five hundred dollars plus labor. I chose to try the first option. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes with the mirror parts all back in place. Miller’s is still running an honest ethical business just like they did back in the 70s when I first did business with them. It’s refreshing to know there are still a few businesses like this. It’s rarely a fun day when you have to visit an autobody shop. Nonetheless, today was an excellent experience and I will always take our vehicles there whenever they need body work. I highly recommend you do the same.

We recently got into an accident when it snowed. We took our car to another body shop before taking it here to Miller’s. The other body shop said they fixed it, but it did not run properly. The clutch was all messed up and felt so loose as if we had been grinding the gears for years. There was also a continuous burning smell. Our car’s rim was all scratched up from hitting a curb. Our insurance told us we could take it to Miller Autobody to get it fixed. They had the car for a while which is understandable. When we got our car back it was excellent work. The clutch was not as bad, but the smell was still there. Turned out the clutch needed to be replaced which is not a repair that they do. But honestly, I don’t mind because it felt good to shift gears and not feel like it’s falling apart. They took our rim and cleaned it up and looked almost as good as new. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for body work that needs to be repaired. We have been here twice and both times we received excellent customer service. And the work done on our car was Bravo Zulu! IYKYK. Outstanding work and whoever it was that performed the work on our car deserves a raise. Thank you so much Miller for continuous quality work and customer service!

I was really hoping that I'd be wrong and that I wasn't taking a gamble at something that was going to screw me over but great reviews I don't know what these people were having great reviews on I just picked up my car after over a week when they told me it would be a week to repair they added repair prices to it they wouldn't fix something that was accident related and they I guess that my battery died, from what they're claiming, because when I went to tried to start it, it took extra time like a low voltage battery, the screen on the radio was locked I had a power steering service light come on. I've killed my battery before and it's never done this and my rearview mirror is broken, it wiggles, it's not supposed to. I am extremely upset and not happy with the service that I got and the money I had to pay out to get my vehicle back

I had Miller autobody, replace and repaint my front bumper before I moved to Arizona, because the car wash had broken it. That was in the end of June 3 months later is started to peel now it looks like this and the paint just keeps coming off. I called them to ask what they would be willing to do since I am now live 700 miles away in Arizona and they advised me the only way they would do anything is if I brought it to them to fix it is if I bought back to Logan. I used Miller because of the reputation in Cache Valley. But the work looks like they did not prep the bumper and painted just keeps coming off.

I was involved in a fender bender earlier this year. My car sustained relatively moderate cosmetic damage. Millers auto body took on the task of fixing my car. Some parts were on back order and took some time to arrive. I frequently called for updates and each time they were more than pleasant when annswering any questions I had. Love the care they gave to my vehicle. I own a 2004 Ford F150. They treated it like a 2023. They answered all my questions and concerns. They even helped with a part that was outside of the intended repair. Butch is the man but everyone was super helpful. I have had to use Miller Auto body twice in the last several years for major damages from accidents (i was not at fault) they made the process very easy and helped me work with insurance. They are nice and friendly but the quality of work is lacking. I had over spray issues all over my vehicle. They cleaned them up but created more issues and then over sprayed again. Huge hassle. I will go elsewhere next time.

A fantastic place to take my car! They were so smooth and easy to work with and they worked with my insurance incredibly easily. To add onto everything I told them I was moving and they made sure to quickly get my car fixed in a great amount of time! My car was in an accident, rear ended at 40mph+ while stopped and they didn't align the car or make sure the frame wasn't bent. They painted the back bumper, didn't even match the paint well and had to redo it, in the process, clear coated up and around the top of the doors and chipped the paint in multiple places (not even near where the damage they were fixing was) and they denied that it was them who chipped the paint even though I have a picture of the car before the accident without chips. Go to literally anywhere else to get your car fixed, cause they will make it worse and miss important things here.

When we went to get a quote for our vehicle they were really friendly and helpful. However, when we went to drop off the vehicle it felt more disorganized and confused. They couldn’t find our paperwork and the original quoted duration had changed. They did end up getting the repairs done quicker than expected, however, they called us Friday afternoon saying we had to pick it up in less than 2 hours or we’d have to wait until Monday. We couldn’t get there in time and had to wait. When we did pick it up I was pleasantly surprised that they washed the outside and cleaned up the inside a bit as well. Unfortunately, there still looks to be some damage that didn’t get repaired.

Great customer service and truly was just service! We needed to call their towing service to get our van off a broken pole my wife ran over that she didn't see sticking out of the ground off the side of the road. It was a dirt mound. It was 4-6" maybe. She was picking my son up from fishing. My daughter pointed it out but it was too late. They heard scraping and then stopped. I got there and didn't dare move it because I couldn't tell how high or far it was into the bottom. I believe it was Daniel that came and checked it out. He thought he could guide us off it and that it was just scraping one of the plastic guards. He didn't want to risk damaging the front by just lifting the front. He ended up guiding me off it without damaging anything other than the plastic guard. I tried paying him but he said he didn't hook us up and was just happy to help. He said Merry Christmas and took off. My son said he's the number one best person!🙂 My wife had been beating herself up and felt really stupid. His help and kindness definitely helped alleviate her feelings. Thanks again and Merry Christmas Daniel!

I went in to get an estimate for my back tail light replacement, and they were so helpful every step of the way. They were warm and friendly, and have very fair prices. I ended up paying half the price that just about every other automobile shop in Logan had quoted me. And it took only about 15 minutes to do the actual service and I got helped right away. My husband crashed my van, I didn’t have a car that could fit all my kids. Jeff knew I was in a pickle so him and his staff got my car in, and fixed it so fast! They were sooo amazing to work with! They were extremely good at communicating and upfront with costs. I got my car back and it rode smoother than before the crash!! And it was SPOTLESS!!! I don’t think I have ever seen my floor mats with my 3 kids before! They made you feel like family, and yet were still so professional! Is it bad I have thought about crashing my car again, just so I can go back to Miller Autobody? 😂
