Our Race Team was travelling from Beausejour, Manitoba, Canada to an Ice Oval Race in Wausau, Wisconsin. We had a break down with our 2023 GMC 2500 HD Near St. Cloud, MN. We got the truck To Miller GMC Service. Emily in service was great to deal with. She got the truck in for repair the next day and we were able to pick the truck up and continue our journey.

I brought my girlfriend's car in for an oil change & tire rotation appointment. Very nice location, I didn't get hounded by sales when looking at new cars on the floor, which was nice. Customer service was great too, and fast, & kept me updated on how long it would take. The young lady at the service desk did a fantastic job. They had fountain drinks & popcorn for the customers. I highly recommend this location.

My Yukon wouldn't start one morning. There was not even the sound of the starter trying to turn over, but the battery wasn't dead. I called Miller Auto Service and spoke with Dusty. I explained I had just had my starter replace the month prior at their shop, and now my vehicle wasn't starting. I had it towed to the dealership and within an hour, Dusty called to let me know the starter wire had not been properly connected when they replaced my starter. He said the dealership would cover the fix AND reimburse me for the tow. I was very impressed with the honesty and willingness to make it right! Dusty mentioned my rear seal was starting to leak, and that I would need to look at getting it fixed in the next couple of months. He said he would include the info in the notes so I would have a chance to look it over. In updating my contact info and the Yukon VIN, he discovered my vehicle was a certified pre-owned vehicle and fixing the rear seal was still covered under the warranty. He called me back to inform me about the warranty coverage on the seal AND he was going to be able to get it fixed on the same day so I wouldn't have to make another appointment. It was my lucky day! I know most women don't like going to service centers when they are having vehicle troubles. In general, we feel like we might get taken advantage of and told we need repairs we don't actually need. I can say with complete confidence that Miller Auto Service center has always treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable in every interaction. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Just had my van brought in to get the brake sensor calibrated. They said they could not calibrate it and they still charged me for getting it calibrated, we told them we should not have to pay because they did not do what I wanted done. Tried calling to talk to a manager and nobody answered. Horrible service and a terrible way of treating customers. Would choose 0 stars if that was an option. Do not go here and get taken advantage of. Update I now tested the van and they actually made it worse. It now shakes while braking and I no longer have any brake lights.

I took my vehicle in for an oil leak. $1700 later my engine now has a loud knock in it. It would be nice to have gotten my car returned with the air being bled from changing out the oil cooler. I didn't appreciate the coolant being overfilled and spilled all over my plastic lining under the hood. I paid for honest work. If your a female or someone who doesn't know about cars stay clear away. They will not give you honest car repair nor the respect for the amount of money you pay to have things fully fixed. I cannot in good faith take it back here and will take my vehicle to Monticello for the other repairs. I didn't have the noise I have now when I took it in. Update: unfortunately this is a case where there WAS NO noise coming from my car. You will not see my money again. Overfilling a coolant resevoir and leaving coolant on plastic hood covering tells me all i need to know. I will take my vehicle to Monticello where the water outlet will get repaired and the crankcase looked at. They also will be looking into the knew noise I have. I didn't have that noise when the oil cooler was blown. It was right off the floor after cooler was put in. I looked up what that could be and guess what came up? Your NOT trusted anymore.

Went in and thought it was a sensor when it wasn’t and they found a small oil leak and advised fixed it right away! They have always been a great dealership and don’t screw you around or out of money!!
