Called 3x to check if the coupon they sent me was still good. Not once did they return my call. Guess they don't want my service. Very frustrating when they take your info and don't return your calls. Wish they did business as well as thecCoon Rapuds Ford dealership.

Had my car for a couple days and could not find why it wasn’t starting periodically. Took it to motorworks in Sauk Rapids instead. In fifteen minutes they told me that my battery cables were loose and the terminals needed to be cleaned. Speechless that a dealership couldn’t figure this out after two days. No way will I ever go here again.

Just feel dirty in this place and not because of oil and grease. Seem dishonest. Had warranty work done. They replaced some parts that didn't need replacing because they came packaged with some that did so that the warranty would pay. If they are pulling one over on warranty companies, what are they doing to me. Furthermore, they never give you their lowest price up front. Always a negotiation.

I brought my 2014 Ford explorer in for a recall service and when I got it back one of my features in the area of the repair didn't work, I took it back and they fixed it. Then a few weeks later I noticed the rear heated seats also didnt work again in the same area as the recall service and this time I got a quote for over $600 for a repair on something that they broke. The first repair was just a fuse which leads me to believe wiring , this now quoted repair also is electrical and I have to wonder if behind panels wiring is messed up. For the world's oldest Ford dealership I sure dont feel well taken care of. Update- offered to split cost so I agreed because I dont want the vehicle back dysfunctional. After ordering and installing new part now they say the air bag light came on and that needs to be investigated. How is it that I was originally told my heated seats were in no way attached to the air bag system and therefore they weren't responsible for fixing it- then when repairing the heated seats now theres an airbag problem. This all leads back to I shouldn't be paying for any of this because theres more and more proof popping up that the original work they did led to this. Update- the tech that did the original recall service crossed two different sets of green wires and did in fact cause the issues that followed, they fixed everything and it didnt cost me another dime besides my time energy and fuel traveling back and forth to ford.

I have been a customer at Tenvoorde Ford for years. Have all my service done there. I totally trust Barry, he is the best one to get the job done. Always friendly and professional. He goes out of his way to make sure the jobs get finished correctly. If he is busy or not available I wait or come back when he is there. Barry is the best person in the service department. And I might add he’s the cutest guy in the department .

Our driver reported that they were very helpful, honest, and parts were priced.....actually......VERY well! With all our new trucks coming, we needed a service place that can get things done. Alex Lis our service writer and we give him 5 stars. He didn't take advantage of us, gave us options, and was VERY upfront and educated on our f600 the driver said. You can NOT beat honesty, that is priceless.

Had what I thought was a wheel bearing going out. In the end, it was my tire, which was mimicking the sound of a wheel bearing going out. They didn’t charge me anything ridiculous. They have my business from here on out for my auto repairs. Their honesty shines through and they have gained a loyal customer. Normally I don’t go to dealerships due to labor prices but had it been the wheel bearing, they would have been able to undercut any shop in the area by at least a $150 between parts and labor. As someone who grew up in the shop with my dad, honesty and integrity is something I value with mechanic work. This service center has that. It’s changed my perspective of service shops at dealerships due to my awesome interactions with my service writer and the communication was amazing. I wasn’t looked down on because I was a woman. I wasn’t told I needed repairs I wouldn’t have needed. 10/10 would recommend!

I felt invisible waiting to pick up my car after the serviced. While some employees were busy with customers, others were just staring at their computers, not even acknowledging that I was there and needed help. To make it worse, someone walked in and was helped immediately, even though they knew I was there first.
