Worst tire place i have ever been to! The employees are careless and incompetent. My wheel weights were installed completely crooked. When I brought it back to get it fixed, they scratched 3 of my brand new wheels. And left all the old glue on my wheels.

Went to see why my car is shaking on the highway. Was told I needed 2300$ worth of work done. First day got my front brakes & rotors done & alignment. Spent 660$ to fix. Was still shaking, went back & got 2 new back tires (next recommendation) 280$. Left, was still shaking. They said maybe the tires aren’t balanced. Wouldnt you think if you put 2 tires on the back to make sure all are balanced? He said we didn’t touch your front tires. Brought it back the same day & they said it was my caliper on a front tire that was shot & needed replacing.paid another 260 for that. STILL shaking. I call again & their response was “well we gave you a few recommendations and I see you only got a few done” why does it matter what you guys recommended when you say the problem now is the caliper??? Joe who I spoke to told me “ well you have a junk car so it’s going to cost money to fix”. Very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone don’t waste your money or time!!!!

I went in to get 2 new front tires which they did and the price of the tires were good and it drives nice again. However they came out and told me that I need 3 other things fixed and I was ready to have them fix those as well until I saw it was going to cost me 1100 dollars to fix inner and outer tie rods on one side and lower ball joint on 1 side. I went to Napa after my appointment and those 3 parts costed less than 100 dollars so 1000 dollars was labor. I said no and I called a friend of mine who is a mechanic and he is going to fix it all in a few hours this weekend. I find it disgusting that a tire place would charge such a ridiculous amount for something. I am now getting done for 100 dollars. Don’t waste your time or your hard earned money going to Tires Plus. To think a company would over charge their customers in this kind of economy is sickening.

I had to come on here and share my experience at Tires Plus recently. I will start with the good/great because I feel like that is important. When I walked in at 8 am with no other customers, I was greeted within 2 minutes, which is good. Helped, and told how much it would cost BEFORE I handed over the keys! The whole service took less than 45 minutes, so that made me glad, the bathroom looked somewhat clean from the door when I stood in the doorway to look in. Here is the negative.... attached are the pictures of this location. Some of the pictures may not be the best, but hopefully you can see. The rug below the coffee machine has not been cleaned since I was born 25 years ago it looks like nor replaced. The coffee pot wasn't on at 8am on a Wednesday morning (not that I would drink out of it with the way the rest of the store looked, just would've been nice). The garbage was full of trash and hadn't been taken out. The tile hadn't been swept it looked like since Spring. There are cobwebs all over the place. Dust all over the place too. Chairs ripping and the cushions having tears. Broken tile near that window. The windows on the outside were not cleaned probably since before winter either. Oh, and a kid used a vape in the shop while working. I don't mind that much, but he used it right next to the window looking into the lobby and after everything else I saw, it was the cherry on top. It's one thing to hide or at least step outside the bay doors and another do it right in front of customers through a window. The last several times I have used Tires Plus over the last few years has been far better than my recent visit and there seemed to always have been someone standing at the front computers vs in the office. I am not trying to bash a single worker or anything, I am just saddened to see how they don't seem to care as much anymore. If I am deciding to wait for my vehicle for an hour or 2, I would at least expect to be able to sit in a clean area. It doesn't have to be the Ritz or Taj Mahal, but at least a spot sweep in the last week and garbage taken out when it's full would've been good enough for me to not have made a review or even take pictures.

I went in the other day and purchased 2 new tires which I thought were a very good price. However someone came out and said that I need my tires rod ends replaced on one side and ball joint replaced on one side ass well. I was going to have them do it until he showed me the price would be another 1100 dollars. I went to Napa after my appointment and purchased all 3 of those parts for under 100 dollars so Tires Plus was going to charge me 1000 dollars for labor which my friend who is going to fix it all this weekend said it would only take a few hours. Tires Plus over charging their customers like this especially in this economy is disgusting. Do NOT waste your time or hard earned money going here and getting ripped off. Tires Plus should ashamed of themselves.

I've been a loyal customer at the St Cloud location since 2003. Carl and his team have always given me professional service. I have always recommend Tires Plus to my family and friends. I am not family to anyone there, nor do I have any business ventures with Tires Plus. I go there because the team there are honest, professional, and use great quality parts. They will even use OEM parts when I ask. I highly recommended Tires Plus for service work, brakes, tires, wheel alignment, and batteries. Thank you Tires Plus in St Cloud!

EDIT: I’m changing my rating from a 1-star to a 3-star… even though I waited 3.5 hours for my truck to just be brought into the bay, the guy manning the front actually took into consideration the time I waited and that nothing really came of the service call and didn’t charge me for the 20ish minutes that the mechanic took to try duplicating the problem I was having. After visually inspecting the parts I had concerns about and re-running the ODB2 test and confirming that there was a problem recently, but no longer occurring…the guy was apologetic… the only problem I had after all was said and done and I was driving away, was that the inside of my cab smelled like someone was eating a mustard-laden beef hotdog in my truck…. ******************************** INITIAL REVIEW: Called to get my truck looked at on a Saturday… they told me that they could do the work on a FCFS status if I brought it in on tge day I called, but I’d have priority if I decided to set an appointment for the following day. I chose to set an appointment for tge next morning at 10am. I arrived and checked in at 9:30am. I’m still sitting in the waiting area waiting for them to just move my truck from where I parked it; it’s now almost 12:30N. I asked the guy doing the office duties if he had an estimate as to when they’d even bring my truck into the shop… his response was… “I’ve only got 1 mechanic on duty right now.” To which I asked him what ever happened to my having an appointment at 10am? He said “I mean, I’ve only got 1 mechanic and he’s busy with something else right now.” My feelings are that appointments come before “walk-ins” and there appeared to be quite a few of those that came and went already in the 3 hours that my family of 4 have been sitting and waiting. I wasn’t expecting to have to wait longer then 2 hours before my truck was even considered.

I went to Tires Plus for the first time with an emergency tire repair issue on a Sunday morning. The lead service man Joe took my call and even with a full schedule for the day squeezed me in, not only did he repair both rear tires that had nail hole damage he continued to answer the phone and greet all the walk-in customers with complete professionalism and courtesy! I was able to witness other mechanics coming in and out of the service area interacting with customers also displaying professionalism and amazing customer service. I have now found a new reliable place to have all my tire issues taken care of and will definitely return in the future. I absolutely recommend Tires Plus to anyone looking for repairs at a good price.

I have always know that Tires Plus addresses customer ‘s concerns very efficiently. This morning, the line for service moved very quickly. I was immediately shown three tire options, and based on my needs, Was told that the least expensive of the three was my best for safety. Additionally, I was able to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for me, later today, and the rep Offered to fill my tires (Alert light been on for a week) - You know it was just for the rest of my errands, until I came in for my 5 PM appointment

I needed an emergency tire balance since home was 3 hours away. Joe said he could take my car in and fix it quick. He also added some windshield washer fluid and filled my tires up with air. Very nice guy.
