I went in yesterday anticipating walking out with an Innova SDS50 scan tool ($400 value). After being told they would not warranty it/allow me to upgrade it within a week of purchase I walked out empty handed. They even suggested buying elsewhere!😂 anyways, went to harbor freight today and got the Icon T8 instead… now I know why they say they never sell those higher end scan tools. That was one of my first and certainly last trips to Autozone.

So RUDE! went in for a break light. They had 4 or 5 ppl working. One person seemed to be helping a line of customer (the nice black man) while the other were on the other end of the registars talking to each other. I had to use the restroom BAD so I walked to the employees that were just gossiping to ask. 1 of them looked at me without speaking and pointed to the black man working. I said "i really need to use tge restroom do you have one". The women said rudely "NO, Not 4 customers". I was bummed and a bit annoyed by her tone but whatever. So I said, oh man... well i do need some help with something else, to which she replied " tsk, welll do you have a COMMERCIALLLL ACCOUNT?" I Said no and she said, "well then go over there!" I was taken back by her rude tone so I kinda froze and she grunted and said very annoyed "Ill be down there soon". I started to walk where she pointed to and the 3rd employee said rudly "AND THATS WHAT THE SIGNS ARE FOR" these 3 were white and had the 1 black employee helping all the customers. I WILL NEVER shop here again. HORRIBLE customer service, they seemed annoyed or upset I was trying to get help, like how dare I inturupt their gossio session to ask for help... I pray the 1 man that was actually helping ppl isnt treated poorly! Give him a promotion since he was the ONLY 1 actually doing the job.

Do Not Go If You Are lack ! For one they are lazy they just stand around & when you ask for a little help they are mean & passive aggressive when handing things. They we’re extremely racist and rude to my mother when she was there. 0-10 and I will never recommend. They are so nice to the white people but outrageously rude to people of color.

Mail ordered parts do not arrive on time and the customer service sucks. My part is four days late.... tracking hasn't been updated in the last four days.... and customer service says I need to wait two weeks before they'll send me a new one or return my money

The two sales associates were absolutely amazing. One was a very nice woman and the other was a younger man that had just started. She showed him how to test an alternator that I had brought in and in the meantime. My truck died because I was having issues with the alternator that I just put in. So the young man offered to give me a jump and all this was about 10-15 minutes before they closed. I will definitely be going back there from now on. As long as those two are still working there. Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to help me and make me feel as though I wasn't an imposition.

Terrible experience at this location and I was really disappointed. I was traveling and ran out of my brakes so I hurried in to grab brake pads before they closed. The store was hardly busy at that time and although they had what I needed, they wouldn’t sell to me out of personal inconvenience since I was using cash. The manager angrily refused to allow the transaction and suggested I go buy from O’reillys down the street unless I was using a card or tap payment. When I pointed out it was still 15min before close, she said that would be enough time to go load money into my account so I could come back with either card or tap payment. I think this is absurd tbh. Costing the business sales because of being inconvenienced in counting a register is ridiculous. There are several other ways she could handle a situation like this instead of being rude, dismissive and confrontational. I’m considering never stopping at this location again and probably taking all my future business to a different chain like she suggested.

Ryan at this store was absolutely incredible! Not knowing much about the windshield wipers I needed, he was so patient, kind, and respectful. He checked the wipers I had, educated me on the ones I needed, and then gave me a tutorial on how to do it myself. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you thank you THANK YOU

Good service, nice store with parking. The OEM Denso part was correct and cheaper than the Toyota dealer at $200. The one pictured is one that the dealership replaced before. It tests just fine. I've Included just to give you an idea of what they look like. The one pictured was a Bank two Sensor 2, essentially the one after the catalytic converter. Hence the grommet that goes through the wall into the footwell.

Most terrible experience i come in here often to get parts, the the manager lady says i was being rude to her associate over the phone because he didnt know what a jaguar was. When i arrived to the store she came from around back irate to yell at me and refuse me service and then threatened to have me trespassed and called police once i agreed to leave. Worst experience i have ever had. I told her i will be conta ting corporate about this and she said she didnt care, its all on there cameras.

Supervisor named Al (apparently) is so rude to customers. She talked down to me on the phone because I didn’t read the packaging on wiper blades and was told wiper blades always have come with one not two in a pack. The person helping me and checked me out didn’t say anything about me purchasing ONE wiper blade. Supervisor lady then told me that it’s on the customer to know what they need, not the employees. She blamed it on “new employees”. I asked for a customer service number since she had an attitude and she hung up on me. She’s horrible.

Earlier today (October 30th) I went to the St Cloud Auto Zone to buy a car battery. From my initial call to the completion of installation, I received the absolute best service that I've had in a long time. A huge shout out to the store manager today. 11.23.25. We had a heater line break at the T. We had pulled off the road at KwikTrip just down the street. We called to see if Auto Zone had the parts that would work. The manager was knowledgeable about the situation, and determined he had the parts. My husband asked if he could deliver the parts to us at KwikTrip and if he had any tools we could use to change it.
