Went there on a wet snow, rainy and windy day to get wiper blades. Purchased there brand and attempted to install not very easy as went thru 2 people that work there then another came out and had installed in about a minute. Thanks to him the wipers worked great on drive back north in same weather conditions

Better staff and more helpful then orileys or auto value in town. If they don't have a part they will do there best too send you in a direction of where you can find said part. Very helpful, great people. Will always have my bussiness never orileys again.

I went there a few months ago. My car keys had died and I needed a new battery. There were 2 old white men working in the front. One of them told me to wait even thought there were no one else but I still did, after waiting for awhile I asked one of the men if they could help me? The guy rudely and aggressively yelled the words “ you’ll be helped soon enough” to be honest it felt racially motivated and I felt so unsafe. I never went back again! If your black take your business somewhere else cause they are not it!!

NAPA is my go-to for parts that are hard to find. The customer service is great. One of their employees, Hunter, has been especially helpful to me in finding odd parts for my Bobcat. He is friendly, intelligent and just all around good at his job.

Love it, love it, love it! I used to go to any old car shop, but after coming to NAPA, I know I'll never go anywhere else. I was helped by a young man named Kent while browsing various parts, and I can confidently say he was fantastic. I can also say that each and every NAPA worker I've conversed with has given me nothing but kindness. In fact, due to their quick work and friendly environment, my own fiance has decided to go into the automotive business. If I could give this shop twice as many stars I would!

Was in store 1-6-2023 I was looking to purchase filters and wipers blades. The person that help us looked up size and told me we’re wipers were. Would of thought he would assist in finding them. I than asked if he would put them on and he stated sharply NO. I advised I stopped at Foley NAPA and they didn’t have what I needed. I asked if he could check St Cloud and he stated they had what I needed. So that is why I asked him to put on and he stated I WAS NOT IN FOLEY. I about walked out but another counter person stated he could put them on. If not for this gentleman I would never come back to this NAPA. He stated he hadn’t been there long. But he was pleasant and helpful. Funny that TONY employee 642 couldn’t have been as helpful. Oh and at time there they were not busy. Mark A customer

Needed to get my RV battery tested. Staff was UBER-helpful by taking the tester out to my vehicle instead of having me bring the battery inside. Printout definitely helped show me it was kaput. No deep cycle 27 batteries in stock but a regular car battery was for $150. Checked out the big box store and they had them in stock at under $100. So actually a great 5 star experience at this store up until the 1 star part of battery not in stock/similar replacement quite pricey. Mixed experience overall.

Extremely kind and helpful!!! I came in to switch out a headlight bulb and I had someone come help me figure out what bulb to use and why I should use it. Then after checking out an employee named Brandon helped me take out the old one and put in the new one and stayed till it was confirmed the bulbs where working! 10/10 service will be coming back!

Wonderful experience! Not only did they double check to make sure it was the right bulb but when it wasn't correct they exchanged for correct bulb no problem. Also the person helping us installed bulb, made sure it worked and put it back in running order. Very pleased at the willingness to help and marking sure everything was fixed correctly. I wish I would have gotten the guys name to recommend him for everyone!

This is the second time I've done an online order here and yet again it is a disaster. They sent me two emails telling me my parts are in and then I show up and they tell me they are not in and they don't know why. It takes 3 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge your presence and when the older gentleman finally asks if I need help he then yells at the top of his lungs for another employee because he's too busy at his computer at the front desk working on other stuff to help customers who are actually there in person. The voice in the back yells back to him that he's busy putting away parts to which the older gentleman mumbles under his breath "screw that". The only reason I rated them a two instead of a one is because when someone finally did show up, Hunter, he did try to find what I had ordered and then discovered that it was another computer error. Yikes.

They have a very wide selection of parts and auto supplies and have quality parts too. A little expensive compared to most online parts but they have a lot of stuff in stock and the people at the counter seem to know their stuff. That in itself is usually worth the markup. Not everything is more expensive either. Shop local and support the economy. Well worth going here.

Be sure to check the parts before buying from this store. I bought some parts for my car and when I opened the box the parts were used. It happens that's why they gave them to me for $21 dollars each and the next day I went to them to claim that I had bought new unused parts. They were accusing me of that I put the used parts in the box. and that they checked the parts before selling them. And until I showed them the parts of my car they were completely different they didn't even come in a bag. But I made a report so that they are in evidence.
