I called them for a quote to fix my driver's mirror. The plastic piece had broken off somehow. The guy I spoke with over the phone was so kind! He was honest and even offered to see if he can snap the broken plastic piece on for free before purchasing another one. I will go there for all my future car services!

Waiting for 4 hours for my insurance, to find me a tow company. I finally called them back and I said listen I need somebody I'm tired of waiting in my car and they hooked me up with Your Company. I was very satisfied, with the arrival he called to tell me he was going to be there within 10 minutes and I was happy because I didn't have to wait in the car so long. The driver's name was Chris, and I do recommend your towing company to my friends and I will be using you as a towing company if I ever need you again. Thank you very much for your service it was great.

I was initially planning to replace the rear pads and rotors myself, but I didn't really want to, so I decided to check with Milwaukee Auto Works first. They are nearby and I had a good experience with them in the past. For the price they quoted me, it didn't make much sense for me to do it myself. Then, when I went to pay, I was told it actually came out to be cheaper than what I was quoted. Sweet! Brakes work great, are super quiet, and the pads and rotors that were used come with a lifetime warranty.

This company started off very reputable towards all my car repairs. Very professional and very friendly starting off. However after a certain time, they stopped with all manner of professionalism regarding calls and behaviors. Even offered a nice fee to them if they offered to look after my older car and help to sell it. Car was working fine initially, but then suspiciously ended up in a junkyard inoperable from a destroyed brake line. Do yourselves a favor, go to another repair shop. These guys will betray in the end, if you give them enough leeway.

These folks are beyond honest. Have gone there a few times and won't go anywhere else. Last time I went to get wheel bearings changed and they ended up doing two two for the price of one because they said both were making noise but didn't want to charge me more than what they said on the phone. They fix what's needed, they do a good job and they're super nice about it. A friend of mine went there and they treated her really well too.

I have been going to them for 5 years. They have never steered me wrong, they are very reasonable and never overcharge. They treat women well and never downplay women. They do great work and have kept my dodge caravan in working order WELL past its time. It is still running with over 211,000 miles and mostly due to the great work that Milwaukee Auto Works does. I recommend them to all my friends and anyone that needs repairs that are reasonable

I've never met such an honest car mechanic. They will not overcharge, and if there is a very quick fix to the car that takes only a minute, they will tell you and charge (or not charge) accordingly. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. In addition to working on our own cars, we once had a family staying with us who was in a very bad place already and then had a part of their car stolen. Nick was SO helpful in getting their van up and running and working with us to help them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest car mechanic!

They answered the phone the first time I called and got me in for service within a few days (the liftgate on my Mazda wasn’t working). When I got there, staff was really friendly and I was in and out quickly. A part needed to be ordered and I was quoted a VERY fair price for parts and service, then scheduled to come back for installation. At the next appointment, they were able to reset my liftgate without having to install the new part at all! I would absolutely recommend this place to any and everyone. Being a young female is intimating when needing help from a mechanic, but I felt respected at this place and everything was handled efficiently and incredibly professionally. I’ll be back and will recommend them to everyone!

When I first went here there wasn’t any problems. But then things changed. My car would sit for 1-2 weeks before they would even look at it. They wouldn’t answer the phone when I called. And when I went in person and the phone rang they didn’t bother answering it. You have to be extremely lucky for them to answer it. Then they kept they saying “they don’t have time to look at my car”. Yet they continue to take on a bunch more cars. Then they get super defensive when you say this stuff to them.

I lost count on how many times they lied to me. They had my truck for over 650 days for a dod delete and a truck noris cam with Diablo tuner . This was a planned build I had for over 7 years, Nick said they could handle it. Repeatedly swore it would be done by Friday. Nick at the front counter made the plan to barter for the dod repair and cam . So I remodeled his basement for the trade, and gave his wife a new workout room , Drywall, mud, sand and primed. That was the original barter then they added a ceiling removal in their shop area , and ramp needed to get the vehicles in and out off their lifts, removed tile in the front office area , repaired the cracked and un even concrete, and epoxied the floor, painted both bathrooms plus the plumbing+eyewash station. Then they added the front door and ac/heater wall unit, which I had to 100%remove the front door all the way to the brick and rebuild a new frame to fit his new custom glass front door, the ac/ heater unit I had to cut a hole in the building to install. In addition I gave $2,000.00 in cash for new alternator, water pump, spark plugs, blue spark plug wires. Got back original red wires and plug, plus original alternator,water pump, no truck noris cam nor Diablo tuner or any tune to hold idle. Then when I asked for a list of what they did to my truck/cam info and they refused to tell me. Also wanted one tire sensor fixed and got back a truck with all the tire sensors not working. I showed up one day and the were storing tires on top of my truck. I'm at a loss of $6,000.00 in labor trade and $2,000.00 cash. And when I asked where the money went he said he paid his late rent with it and it's gone. If that wasn't the worst I got the truck back with 15 psi oil pressure,check engine lights, air bag lights , tire pressure lights, then I found out they never even did the gas tank . Which wouldn't read on the dash. They told me it would be over $1,000 just for the tank assembly. Then I look it up and it's less than $500 for it all . I repeatedly watched them talk shii about all their clients soon as they left. The saddest thing about this whole deal I had to repo the truck back and jumpstart the brand new battery I just put in it and as I took the key their attitude changed like I've never helped them in the time of need /after hours when they were home safe with their family . I'm a father of two daughters and that was the only reason I bought the truck . Tell me why my 3 year old never even seen that truck. So remember when you see his smile and hear his lies watch out I was on their side and they stole from me . Donovan is in a bad situation working for them and truly needs to start a new company he will truly be happier . They wouldn't even buy him a new car jack so I went and bought him a brand new one. Smh I have pictures and videos weekly of all the things they did. Not to mention when they took the heads , intake off and pushed it out into the back yard during winter. I saw that and opened my hood to see standing water in my motor (not antifreeze ) I was trying to make memories with my daughters . Now they have memories of me in the yard working on my truck because I can't afford another mechanic to help me.
