Best in the Area! We thought we might have a new scratch after our wash they investigated and gave us two months even though it was there upon checking in. They provided video and camera views and did a full investigation. Unlike Rocket and Epic they kept our business and made sure our membership reflected brushless to prevent further damage to our brand new hot rod. We appreciate there professionalism and respect for wanted to keep our business unlike the other car washes in the area who we have dealt with damage from there car washes on other brand new vehicles we had a bad experience with epic and rocket. We are lifetime Mister members now thanks to there professionalism and amazing customer service and quick responses on how they handled everything. A++++++ 10/10 they beat everyone. Also highly recommend the titanium wash even after just one wash with this new feature it’s Glistening even after rain best for black vehicles and full windows. Appreciate the military discount as well. Tried and tested the area and Mister Wins!

Not only is the price excessive for a single car wash, but the attendant that’s not doing anything that I couldn’t do myself then asks if I want to leave them a tip?!?!?! After the car is washed (poorly), there were plenty of spot in the windshield that were left virtually untouched and still dirty. When I pulled into the vacuum bay, not only were there no attendants in sight to point out the issues, but there were no towels in sight for me to finish the poor wash job. I found a sign that said I could BUY a towel for $2 in order to dry my car. That was the last straw. I vacuumed my car and left, will never be going back. The attendants were anything but, the was was poor and they wanted to charge me for the amenities.

Quick, easy, and the car always comes out looking sharp. The team moves fast, and the wash does a solid job for the price. Free vacuums are a nice bonus, and the location is clean and well-run. Great for regular upkeep without the hassle.

We came through earlier today and it looked like the whole front end had not even been washed or anything, but, at least the guy( this morning) tried spraying some of the bugs off. So we brought it back this afternoon and the young man up took the receipt away from us and he said he couldn’t give it back to us. and then we were waiting to go through the wash and the young man that was standing back there that was suppose to spray the bugs he was too busy leaning on the Computer or screen, or whatever the machine is in front of them. He was too busy???? to worry about spraying our bugs, which is the main reason we brought it back! my husband pulled up out front when we were released to go. He looked to see if it got all the bugs off or not. Right now we’re very disappointed in this location, especially at 5:20 in the evening, which is when we came through for the second time. But, at least this morning they tried. Seems like it was too big of a bother for the young men who were working the 5:15 to 5:30 PM. Shift. Hubby will not complain very often, but he is very upset. He got out and looked and there was absolutely no difference just wet bugs. We won’t be To this location.

I would like to give a shout out to both Gavin and Noah. We were just coming back from a trip and my car was extremely dirty. They were just getting ready to close at 8 PM so I was rushing to vacuum my car and accidentally sucked up the $25 I had on my center console. I went and talked to Noah, who was busy getting ready to close up for the night, but he still took the time to go through the filters and trash, unfortunately he didn’t find it, but he took my name and number and then the next morning at 7 AM Noah took the time to go through it again and luckily he found it. He gave me a call right away to let me know. Both of Gavin and Noah were very polite, sympathetic, and went over and beyond the customer service. This is my favorite Misters in the Treasure Valley not just because of this experience but because they’re always so polite and kind. Thanks again!

Had the spoiler on my mustang torn off while in the car wash. Damage report was done and I get a call the next day. They claimed my spoiler was aftermarket (coming straight from ford they claimed) and thus they would not cover it. I told them that was not the case, and they insisted that my car was a “special trim and didn’t leave the factory that way”. I once again told them the spoiler was OEM. When I asked for the email confirming what “ford” said, they claimed it was a phone call, so I wouldn’t be able to see it myself. I then went to the auto body shop they contract and they confirmed it was indeed the stock spoiler. And now they’ll have to pay for damages instead of the three free months of car washes. So beware. If your car gets damaged at their wash, make sure to do your research and know your car so they don’t try to pull this on you. Very sleazy and dishonest.

Car wash is good enough. Doesn’t do a great job of drying and they don’t supply any towels. The only upside for me is it’s big truck friendly. There’s only a track on the driver side which allows you to get through without getting stuck.

I am happy with my local Mister car wash except for one detail. On the panel just under the doors a greasy black layer appears. I must remove it with a towel I bring with me. Apparently no brush or powerful spray hits that area. Maybe your wash equipment could be adjusted to hit that area of the car.

Update: the manager has "reviewed the video of my car going through the wash" and has concluded that nothing was defective. This is thinly car wash we have been to since it opened in our neighborhood. We will travel much further to a hand wash from now on. I originally gave these folks a 5 star because they were friendly, easy to get to, and the bug spray they use works every time. Now, however, my car has some pretty bad scratches after going through this morning. I noticed them as I was putting something in the trunk. And then looked at the hood and they are there as well. I have prided myself on the pristine shine and paint of my car. Now to have it ALL scratched up is distressing. I immediately went to the manager, who denied it, saying "Our car wash doesn't work that way". I showed him the debit from my card dated today. He asked when I came through so he could look at the film. Maybe to see if I was actually at his car wash. I asked him to make it right. We will see. Be warned! It's better to wash by hand than to have all these scratches!

Ummmm, you have to pay them $1 just to get a towel?! How ridiculous. With all of the competition around, who offer everything they offer PLUS access to towels to dry off your vehicle, it really makes no sense to go here! If the car wash dried my car 100% I could understand, but it doesn't. I'm irritated I paid for a membership. I will be canceling and going to another place. It's unfortunate, because the location is extremely convenient for me.

Better car washes for the same price. I was shocked when I went to clean the inside of the car and they don’t offer towels for all the water the blowers don’t remove. Also nothing to clean floor mats with. Cobblestone has a floor mat washer. For $22 you’d think they could give you a cheap towel.

For the past year, I’ve gone at least 1-2 times per week and can honestly say the staff is so attentive, kind, and structured. I love this location because regardless of what time I go, it’s not back to back vehicles piled through the car wash. The facility is very well maintained and always a great experience! although my husband wanted me to switch to Cobblestone in Star, I couldn’t make the jump. Mister car wash just makes my routine so effortless and simple! I also love that I can request a touchless wrap. Thank you, Ten Mile Mister Car Wash!
