Great wash, and considerate workers. Even got cutoff by another car in line, and they stopped them to let us in front—definitely not necessary but very nice. 😊 The monthly subscription is great and there’s lots of locations near where we go regularly.

Not a full vehicle wash. Purchased the most expensive car wash Platinum $20 and the front bumper wasn't even touched. We ran through the second time and still the exact same thing. Had to request for a refund.

I’ve been a member for a while and held on to my membership mainly because of the convenient location. Unfortunately, I’ll be canceling after a very frustrating experience. I entered the car wash with no chips or cracks in my windshield. When I exited, I immediately noticed a large crack stretching from the edge of the windshield toward the center. I pulled around to notify staff, and they took about 10 minutes to “file a claim.” I was told they’d review the cameras and get back to me in three business days. That seemed fair enough, I was confident the footage would show there was no damage when I pulled in. Instead, I received a call just 20 minutes later letting me know the claim was denied. They said the footage was inconclusive due to a sun glare and that they don’t cover windshield damage anyway, citing a sign I’ve personally never noticed. If that’s their policy, it would have been helpful and respectful to be told that while I was there…. instead of having me wait while they went through the motions of pretending to take a report. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to pay out of pocket to replace a windshield after what should have been a simple car wash. This experience has made it clear that customer care and transparency are not a priority here.

Came here to wash my car got out to vacuum the driver's side floor and went to put the hose back into its slot and noticed that my bumper was sticking out and from my knowledge I think that the rope that cleans your vehicle hooked onto the edge of the bumper corner and took it off a little bit so hopefully they can get this situated and fixed. I usually come either once a week or 3 times in a month and I was not impressed about what happened. And this is the mister Car wash on eagle and pine

Disappointing Experience at This Car Wash I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to this car wash. It's shocking to see how far it's fallen from its once great standards. The customer service has seriously declined, and it's evident that they're no longer prioritizing their customers' needs. To make matters worse, they no longer complimentary cloths for drying your vehicle. Instead, they offer ones you can.purchase an a small air compressor, which I found to be woefully inadequate. It took me a staggering 45 minutes to ise the air compressor to dry my TT Roadster normally used to blow out vents or blow off rims. Considering the increased prices and decreased service and products, I would strongly advise against visiting this car wash.

Won't be returning to this location. We were in the area and needed a wash so pulled in and the prices were astronomical!! So we got the $10 wash. It didn't even remove half the bugs from the front of my car. Then we pull over to use the vacuum cleaner and wipe off the water that didn't get blown off, they didnt have any towels, unless you buy some. There was no floor mat cleaners. This place is for the rich and famous, not the blue collar worker. I'll stick with my usual carwash down on state street. The washes are a little cheaper, you get complimentary towels to dry off the water that was missed AND they have an awesome floor mat cleaner you can use for free. Plus, if I still have bugs on my car I can go through again for free. The staff was very polite, that's the only plus side of this old carwash.

I paid $18 (for the second best wash level + small tip) for my car to be only partially washed. There was at least one brush in the wash that wasn’t working at all, and most of the brushes meant for the sides of the car barely even touched my full sized sedan. The tire clean hardly did anything and there was still soap on my car by the time I got to the drying stage, which has left residue marks all over the place. I could get a much better clean for way less money by going to a coin operated manual wash, which is what I plan to do from now on. The wash did get like 80% of the dirt off, but I’m going to have to wash my car again to clean around all of the windows, mirrors, doors, handles, and other non-flat surfaces to get it actually clean. So this car wash was a waste of money and time. When I’m paying this much for a car wash, I expect much better results. (All pictures taken 5 minutes after leaving the car wash.)

I've been using this place for a few years now for my company vehicle and personal rigs. I recently went to a bluebird and realized that Mister Car Wash really needs to step up there game to be competitive again. Bluebird has FREE microfiber cloths, automatic mat washers, washer tubs and even heated damp towels for the same price!!

Lost my antenna in the middle of the wash, talked to the manager and they informed me that they take no responsibility for the minor fractures they may cause to your antenna, and don't offer any assistance to resolve the issue. Overall 4+ years of customer loyalty means nothing to this company. I appreciate the manager for assisting me and was very helpful.
