Great place and friendly staff. I'm from Houston and have a monthly subscription to Mr. Carwash there. I'm in town and driving my folks car back and forth to Kadlec to see my mother. I was able to take their car through the wash using my membership in Houston with no fuss. The staff was very kind and no hassle whatsoever! They have great service in Houston and great service here!.

Had to go through 3 times for them to get the bugs off my car.. the 2nd time I told the guy that there was still bugs he sent me through and said he would tell the guy inside to spray more bug remover and he barely put anything.. if anything less bug remover Finually when I asked for a manager he decided he was actually going to do his job… for somewhere that is so expensive, they don’t really go above or even the bare minimum to clean your car pretty irritated 😒 other then that I’ll give 2 stars only because the place is super clean vacuums work really well and it’s a pretty fast pace wash.. just remember if your worried about bugs wait to vacuum til after to look if they got them..

Ever since this business changed hands it has gotten worse and worse. I’ve accepted certain areas would simply not be as clean. But my side windows should not be this dirty immediately after the watch. My back end should not be this dirty. My back end would be cleaner if I tossed a bucket of water at it than it was after this car wash. Save your time, save your money, and go anywhere else.

I am annoyed... I paid almost $30 and my car was not fully wash from rear and then I realized I needed a towel, I tried to pay cash but the attendant didn't want to take the cash as they only take card... I wish he would have offered that at the entrance as I was paying for my wash.

I pulled up to the rd 68 Mister car wash since we’ve been on the road a lot and have bugs all of the front of the car. I was getting ready to pay and realized I didn’t have my card on me. I was going to reverse and come back later, but Victor showed amazing customer service. He decided to send me through with the top grade car wash on him for today. The Car is clean, the bugs may not all be off, but in normal cases, if they don’t come off you can always go back through for another wash for free. (I chose not to since it was complimentary this time). Thankyou Victor!!

The girls are very nice, but this car wash is by far one of the worst ones I've ever been to. There's bugs all over my window, grill, license plate, and headlights. And just so everyone knows I had a car wash within a week and have only driven a little over 300 miles, over half those miles were city driving. There's still dirt on my back bumper and rims still have a lot of dirt on them. Slow the speed of how fast the cars go through and give them a chance to get washed might help.

If you have a car with dirt than this is not the car wash for you! I buy the top wash each time hoping it’ll get better… but they no longer prep the vehicles and also the bug spray doesn’t get enough time to actually kick in. It takes 30 seconds to start melting the bugs. I don’t know if it’s ever sat that long. Never had all my bugs removed and never had the front quarter of driver/passenger front windows cleaned.

Went into rd 68 location. I was unable to get Vacuum to work and jaqueline saw me struggling and quickly went to save the day. Very attentive and informative. She showed me how to use and made sure all was good. Would def recommend this location. Thanks to staff especially her

The basic plus wash is ok if you want the sides and top done nice, but it doesn't clean the rims or the back of the car. The front isnt great either. You can see where the tires are nice and clean, but the rims are barely touched at all. The back and the rims I drew Hi on so you can see the layer of dirt left. This is the second time I have been disappointed by a Mister car wash. For this price point, the touchless wash at the Burbank gas station is a better option.

Mister car wash is great! Rowan was able to help me update my billing info on my account for the unlimited wash membership, he was very helpful. I highly recommend the membership it saves you a lot of you want to keep a clean car.
