The only place I have taken my brand new car to have it washed. I signed up for their unlimited platinum wash, which is a good deal when you actually get what you pay for. For me, that was about 50% of the time. Either one side or both would not have the tires shined. For the most part, not bad but expect to have lots of micro scratches throughout the surface of your vehicle. On May 7th, I took my car in for a cleaning. When I got to my destination, I looked over my car and noticed a chip on the side fender in front of the driver side door. I circled around the car to find a total of 11 paint chips, all of which were on the sides and rear panels of the car. All of which are the exact height of their rotary brushes. I contacted the corporate office and they told me to go back to the car wash and speak with their manager. The manager was not in, so I spoke with Jacob, the assistant manager, who told me to come back the next day. I did and the manager was not in and did not reach out me until the next day. I finally got to meet Joshua Beck, who denied up and down that their carwash damaged my vehicle. He refused to show me pictures of the car before it entered the wash, despite me asking multiple times. I asked for the person next level up from him and he refused, so I asked to have that individual reach out to me. Joshua told me that I "would hear from the manager higher than him later that same day." I have heard nothing from anyone. I would advise anyone looking for a car wash to avoid this place unless they do not care about the quality of work received and level of damage ensued on their vehicle.

I was just there and purchased a high end wash. My truck was barely dirty when I entered, my wheels and tailgate are still filthy! I'm glad I passed on the monthly pass!

Fast and friendly service. I had been moving my house and forgot I had a fan in the back of my truck. The employees noticed the fan and without hesitation asked if they could take it out and they put it in the back seat of my truck. Great job guys, you are the best!

My husband and I took a trip to Montana recently and when heading back to Seattle, we stopped by the Mister car wash on Division St in Spokane. The SUV was covered in bugs, not just their guts. I was concerned they might become a permanent part of the car with enough sun and told my husband it would probably take 2 - 3 washes. We went through and at the end of the car wash; the employee was there to inspect and told us to go through again at no cost. The 2nd time around, the employee took extra time with the bug removal and hand sprayed the front grill before sending us in the 2nd time. Thanks Mister car wash for caring, your great staff and their attention to detail!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review Mister Carwash is the real MVP of clean cars and customer service. Every time we go, our ride comes out looking so shiny it practically blinds the sun. Now, I’ll admit something mildly embarrassing: I still occasionally forget how to put my new car in neutral. (Why is it so complicated?!) But the staff never roll their eyes or judge me—they just smile, wave me down, and help. Honestly, they deserve medals. Or snacks. Or both. Between the great wash and the even better people, Mister Carwash has definitely earned our loyalty. Highly recommend if you like clean cars and not being judged for your gear-shifting struggles.

They ripped off OEM paint from my roof moulding as well as dented them and refuse to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. ($300) On top of that, the car wasn't even fully cleaned nor were the vacuums working because their staff couldn't be bothered to check them. Waste of land and waste of my money. Don't trust them with anything you value at all.

I rarely leave a negative review. I drove up today hoping to get my car washed and was disappointed. I was ready to purchase a monthly pass for $29 for unlimited washes, but I had no choice as to where they would stick the bar code on my windshield. I explained to the young man that I did not want the sticker visible from the inside but wanted it where the "black" part of the glass started. Having a black dashboard, anything on the dash has a glare or reflection. He called for his manager, who spent 2 minutes spewing policy at me about where the sticker had to be placed. I explained my concerns to her, and she recited the policy again. I declined the monthly membership and could not back out because of my position in line. I was forced to purchase a car wash and make my way through. Looking at my car after the wash was disappointed again. Water streaks were everywhere on top of the vehicle, but the sides were relatively okay. See pictures. Sorry young lady acting as a "manager," the company you speak for should reconsider where the stickers are stuck. Will not use again and will cancel the membership I have for my other car. I drove my car around the corner to "Wigley's Inside 'N Out" hand wash, and for $20, I had my vehicle restored to its shiny self. Support local small businesses instead.

These people are so kind. My driver's side window wouldn't roll up once I got in line and just about to enter the washer port. These guys helped me to get the window rolled up and they were willing to get me through safely without damaging anything and give me a refund. However after a bit of toil we managed to get the window rolled up. I was so thankful for the kind service

Been taking my 4 vehicles and my 5 taxi cabs to BOTH North locations for as long as i can remember, and i moved here in 1999. BOTH of the North locations Managers & most of the employees there knew my first name, always recognized my Wrangler & my C-10 when i was pulling in. Over the last several years though, the turnover (even before SARS cousin came to town) has been so that i don't know ANYONE anymore. They always knew what to do when i pulled in with my soft top jeep & my pickup. It's still a great operation and car wash....MOST of the time? I can't agree with their higher pricing anymore though.😐😔

Stopped by on October 7th in the morning after a road trip that left a ton of bugs on the front of my car. The gentleman at pay station was very friendly and kind. The woman inside spraying the cars spent extra time making sure the front of my car was clean and I really appreciated it. The outside of the building in the vacuum section was very clean. So worth this service. I probably wash my truck 2 to 3 times a month, so the membership costs less than paying individually. Of course the wash is great and convenient and I like that there are Mr.Mister car washes in Utah and Washington.

Person standing at the arm said it we needed to renew our membership, got us all squared away. Instead they are charging us twice monthly, wouldn't refund our money and wants to refund 3 months worth of charges and give free car washes. No- you took out double payments and I want that money returned to my account.

Love the service but a few gripes. 1. Employees wearing black gloves in the tunnel…you cannot see their hands. 2. The soap scum build up is ridiculous on windows. 3. More expensive than a lot of other providers in the area. 4. Not salting the exits when below freezing. NO I'm not emailing your address. But you are free to do so if it really matters.

Spoke with the GM of this location who was able to fine tune the horizontal and vertical brushes. Having a brush/deer guard had the sensor lift the brushes. He was able to fine tune that and get a better wash for us truck owners! Thank you!!

Crappy service. They charge you 22.00 for the platinum service and leave no tip, and it does not clean your front grill. Informed the customer service attendant, and she tells you after the fact that the front hooks have caused the brushes to be damaged, so it does not clean the grill. That would have been really helpful before taking my money. The car wash attendant did not even spray the front grill down. No wonder I don't leave a tip. Definitely not returning, Mister. What a letdown. The Mister Car Wash's Platinum wash includes HotShine Carnauba Wax, Platinum Repel Shield, Tire Shine, Wheel Polish, and an Underbody Rinse none of these happened!!! The undercarriage still has dirt everywhere, dirt scum still on the side of the vehicle, tire, and the rims have been totally missed!! What a fricken rip off!!!!
