Nice new car wash. Unfortunate to see the owners have the speed turned all the way up so the wash sucks. Missed a whole 2 ft section on both of my doors. Been here twice before with no issues. Looks like greed strikes again

Always friendly staff, great wash every time. The vacumns are unlimited time which i appreciate with my arthritis & they have two sizes and even a little blower tool to get out dirt from cracks etc. LOVE my car is always spotless when Iām in Spokane now

I have visited two different of these car washes. I have a 2018 GMC Canyon and there is things that are left across the hood on the mirrors across the windows, driver and passenger that are disgusting. Still I am not satisfied with this car wash or any of them.

My vehicle had tree debris on the roof, hood and back. The attendant on duty did an excellent job spraying those areas prior to moving through the wash stations.

I have a membership so I go very frequently. Iāve had great service at EVERY location. But this location has the best service by far. I hope the company not only reads this, but shares this with this locations staff. Amazing. Itāll keep me coming back. If you guys sold wipes for the interior I would buy them here as well!

Mister Car Wash on Hoerner always delivers top-notch service! The team is super friendly, quick, and detail-oriented. Terrible car wash. They caused a significant amount of damage to my car because their employees are poorly trained and negligent, they usually retract roof brushes for racks and this day they didnāt. It ended up tearing up roof racks off of my car and damaging the roof and they are refusing to fix it. Additionally, another car hit the back of my car when this happened. I have been trying to get ahold of someone else other than Steven who is apparently the manager that just told me that they are denying my claim as they are not responsible because I had aftermarket roof racks, my bars are Toyota OEM bars that came with the vehicle. They have been less than professional about handling this and taking responsibility, I donāt understand how their negligence could not be their responsibility, my vehicle was in neutral and my hands off the wheel while they guide me through the wash that caused this and yet they claim to have no responsibility for it. This explains why this location has such awful reviews having only been open for no even a year. And now I canāt even get their regional manager Kevin to call me and apparently their corporate doesnāt handle anything like this, seems like this whole company is just a big joke. I have been going to mister since they opened their first locations in Spokane, I give them thousands of dollars every year as we have 4 memberships with them. But I would recommend finding another wash after dealing with this.

Mister Car Wash- this location is great! Workers are helpful, friendly, and consistently do the pre rinse before I enter the car wash. Trash is kept empty, bathrooms are maintained, and vacuums work well!

Have a membership, mixed review as Iāve had great washes and service at the Maple/Francis location. Division/Home Depot my license plate was ripped off, they saved the license, why not call me and me let know? Wouldāve saved me $120 for new plates. Also had my windshield chipped at Sullivan location, guy I spoke to about was ZERO help. āLooks like a rock chip, we canāt help you.ā Had no idea they hired experts in rock chips. Do appreciate the mostly helpful staff. Hope there is an SOP in training! Robyn

The employee who was directing cars into wash at 11:30am Wednesday 11/19 did a really nice job at spraying my hatchback clean before wash . I asked him to and he did it with a smile. I think all cars With hatchbacks should be sprayed by the employee as they go into the wash. It would make a huge difference. I always have to ask, which is interesting because there is a sprayer right there. Thank you so much.

Extremely disappointed. Unless you only want the front 75% of your car cleaned, save your money. The back of my car is still covered in dirt, and you can see the exact spot where the brushes gave up. Only if I wasn't being lazy and just washed the car at home like I normally do! Definitely not worth the price.

I have 2 cars and we go in at different times and never disappointed on the wash. But we used the one on division and lines. Lowe's parking lot and also the one-off of Hamilton next to home depot. Only one thing, not a big deal. There's always a brush that does not work properly on either one of them, but it still come out with a great wash on pricing, my opinion, I think one full price and second car for half price will probably drive any more customers.

I went to the new Mister in Mead and was offered 1 month of unlimited car washes for the promotional price of $10. What a deal! It has given me the opportunity to evaluate the service and cleaning capability of their machines. I found my windshield and back end of my car did not get clean. I resolved this by doing a 2nd wash several days later. And brought a towel to do touch do touch up work while I pulled into the FREE vacuum area. Still into my 2nd week and I love a clean car!
