I get there I toll the cashier the amount of gas I wanted and he just sitting there behind the register on his phone it literally took him abot 2 to 3 min to even look at me the he just took the money and didn't said anything. No customer servise at all

Lived out in AV for a long time! Mobil has a EZ access to pull in and out from Palmdale Blvd right off the 14 Fwy. Great Customer Service and A clean well maintained gas station

Engages in deceptive advertising. The lit sign shows $3.49 a gallon; however, it came to $3.64 a gallon because I did not choose a car wash. I confronted the clerk about this. If you have to use deception, you are a scammer and a scum bag!

Workers are completely disrespectful. I had to wait for a worker to get off the phone to make a payment using their card system (10 min). The guy told me to basically f*** because he was busy (on the phone) what kind of place is this?!

The main reason why I said just OK is because the price that's posted is only a cash price and the other price is based on whether you use a credit card or get a car wash and it's kind of misleading from the street . I don't like that. But I do like Mobil gas.

Sign said $4.18, pump charged $4.34. 3 of 6 pumps not functional, owner rude about restroom use even while pumping gas. Go across the street, it's $0.20 cheaper a gallon and a better experience.

Did its job although people were shouting at each other in the parking lot due to how many cars were there in rush hour and the set up might not be the best. The shouting was mostly hilarious between three women and eventually the woman in the wrong did back her car up and the problem was solved. I'd go here again, didn't feel unsafe and the employee behind the counter was super nice.

I have been getting a self-service car wash every week despite rude staff, because it's conveniently located. Today I was short a quarter for vaccuming and the cashier refused to break a dolllar. Last time I come here. When I told him that, in that case, I didn't choose to get the [overpriced] $10.00 car wash, he just shrugged. Particularly considering all the business I've given them, this is overall very poor customer service. Unfortunate.

4/21/24 had a problem with the cashier he was Hindu and gave me a hard time looking at me and my boyfriend like we were going to steal. I told him to stop looking at my boyfriend like he is going to steal we have money he was judging us. I needed gas on my pump and he declined my card saying that my card was not good and didn’t have money for pay. He gave me a hard time.

Was my go-to gas local station cause they have the highest Upside discount but the customer service is horrible so will never return. Do not use the car wash cause it's faulty.

Highly recommend go to another gas station because a long time ago happen back in 2018 (even tho is a late comment) there was a guy who works there. I told him if he can fill me up with gas even though I made a mistake because the numbers and stuff and some lady took some of my gas money and I took some of it. I told the guy if he can do something about it. The only thing he said to do that you have to pay more which is totally 100% ridiculous and I will never ever fill my gas in this area ever again the way he’s acting I was this close. I was gonna complain but I’m not gonna start any reasons and stuff so to the managers or the owner that owns this place please train your employees and stuff especially when we as customers make a mistake they’re supposed to help us not to charge us too much and ridiculous way

The automated car wash unfortunately cheaps out on water and cleaning quality. This is my windshield AFTER the most expensive car wash option. It's hard to pick up on camera but is pretty bad in person. The shadows cast pick it up much better.

I went there this morning for the first time to get a quick car wash and it was horrible. I paid for my car wash and pulled in and it started out ok and then the power went out in the middle of the wash so I sat there for a min or two and then tried to drive out but my tires were locked between the car wash stops. I went inside to tell the lady that my car was stuck and that the power went out but she looked at me all confused and then went to the maintenance room and got the dude that works back there and he helped me get my car out but at that time my car still had soap all over it and still dirty so I parked went back in and asked for a refund and the young lady told me that I needed to come back Monday and I said no because now my car was soapy, wet and still dirty which meant I needed to go to another car wash and pay again and I wasn't ok with that. The lady went to the maintenance guy once again to ask the dude what to do and he said "give the man his money back" so I waited for her to give me my money back and she hands me a piece of paper with a car wash code on in it and I told her what is this (I knew what it was) and she said that's my money back and I said no and I also said so you want me to go back through the same car wash that is malfunctioning to risk getting stuck again and at that point she got a little nervous and I decided to just drive away and forget the whole incident and I will never return to that place again.

This has the highest Upside gas rewards in my area of Palmdale, so it's become my go-to gas station. Update: I had issues with the car wash. The guy that came to help me was rude & acted bothered that I even needed his help. He took my receipt to try the car wash code again & didn't give it back. He said I had to go inside to get it. When I went inside the store to get my receipt & asked who had my receipt he answered in an annoyed tone. So I asked the guy at the register for it & he said something I didn't hear. I said, "Excuse me" & he acted like I cursed at him . Needless to say, it's no longer worth it to me to spend my money here again. The extremely terrible customer service isn't worth any extra Upside rewards.

STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE ‼️‼️‼️ Came to pick up something to drink before work and the man who was working this night was so rude!! The door had a sign that he was on a bathroom break but he was sitting next to the counter! He asked me what I wanted and I asked him if they are open and he rudely asked again what I wanted so I told him a drink! He then asked me again what I wanted so I just told him a sprite 😒 As I was walking back to my car a girl in her car asked me if he was being rude to me too. She said he was being so disrespectful to her and even hit her with the sliding drawer knowing she was standing right in front of her 😳🙄 Men like that should not be working at a gas station when millions of people need gas ⛽️ Y’all need to stop coming so they shut it down!! Hate when people are so angry in life they take it out on the world!! Very disappointing 🤬🤬

Pls never put gas this station, i put 35 us was ok on 02/20, but then they took my debit card data (maybe when inserted card) and they tryed to charge me 126 us i never spend that station..fortunately my bank locked my account..but they try to take that money, very dishonest people.
