They make appointments, then get upset and ask you to leave when you ask why there is no one to make an auto repair. If they hadn't wasted our time, we might have been able to book elsewhere. Zero compassion for people. I guess he was mad because we were on vacation and asked for help. He wanted to know which tech made the appointment, when he knew that appointments are booked remotely. Would not recommend if it was the last repair shop on earth. If possible, I would make the rating a zero, like the guy behind the counter.

I love that they had Cooper tires because that is my must have. I was not happy with the fact that there are brand new tires on what are now filthy rims. Car and rims were clean going in. I know this is a dusty, dirty job but it's the little touches that make such an impact of pride in one's work.

Showed up with no appointment for my tires amd oil change and each time they took me in with no problems and service was pretty quick And to add: As a woman, entering car places that are male dominated can be stressful and anxiety inducing, but i haven't had any issues or felt uncomfortable when coming to monro on Oregon pike. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE APPOINTMENT SERVICE. The shop and employees in it do not get notified. I had gotten 3 text notifications CONFIRMING I was coming and it said if I needed to reschedule, to call. I had an appointment for 7:30am this morning, I rushed there because traffic was brutal. Get in the door, one guy is standing there, I said “I’m here for my 7:30am alignment appointment.” He looks confused and goes “what? Uhm well did you schedule it online?” I said yes and he said “oh, yeah, so I don’t have anyone to do the alignment until Wednesday.” No one called me to tell me or anything, I just wasted my time and gas for no reason, they could not help me. So definitely call, online service is CRAP.

I called after 3 PM on a Saturday about a nail in my tire that I had driven over on my way home from work and am so thankful that Monro Tire Service was able to help me out late in the day on a Saturday! The person helping me had my car finished in 15 minutes and even discounted the service of plugging/patching my tire unexpectedly which was a blessing. I was worried it would cost much more, take longer, or that I wouldn't be able to get an appointment anywhere and was concerned about being able to drive safely to work the next day so am so grateful for the quick and inexpensive repair!

Firest the sai my wipers are not good? When we compare with others car's in the garage, my are much better. Then they say, o wipers are good. And your windshield isn't good,you will not pass inspection. Then i drove me car's to the state trooper on Lincoln highway and they said, nothing is wrong with your car, and he called shop and told them, nothing is wrong with the car the must give me sticks. I come back and they put new stickers. No matter what you drove, you're car will not pass inspection. What ever the telling you is wrong, firest you go to states trooper. For one off the worst service I ever had. No stars. There's estimate for back disk and brake $880 On Amazon $88 with delivery.

I was charged around $600 - $700 for new rear brakes and rotors. I went in for a patch to a slow leak tire. Came out spending way too much on work I could get done elsewhere for much less. Explained this to the shop when I picked up my car and called back later that day. They didn’t want to work with me on price I didn’t want to drive around with worn brakes so I got it done, but phew never going back

Went for an oil change. Received the oil change along with letting me know of some future maintenance which I will take care of at a later date. Also rotated my tires which I had purchased last year, made sure they were correctly inflated and checked fluid levels. Very appreciated!

I feel like what I was charged was completely unrealistic for the service I had on my vehicle. Was initially told it would be no more than $100 and was charged nearly $200. The problem wasn’t solved and only told what I needed to do in the future. Time estimates were not good as well. Do not recommend.

Monroe makes it easy to schedule vehicle maintenance. I called and was scheduled for Saturday, no problem. My 2007 Yukon has been acting up with a check engine light and the last service center recommended an engine replacement. I had a nieghbor help me do a short tune up, plugs and wires replacement. Engine no longer had the misfire but still a check engine light. Craig and John at Monroe listened to the description of problems and performed aa diagnostic and made the necessary repairs, hence, my Yukon is running just fine now!! Great job!!

Was first in at 7:30a and left at 10a. Took way too long. Almost 2.5 hours waiting while they took their time. Would never come back here that's for sure. Went based off the reviews thought it was a good place thought wrong. Would Absolutely never come back here. Went from 85$ to $164 over one windshield wiper also. I would suggest going else where

Ended up getting a flat tire today ... and needed to be somewhere about 40 min away from home. I did not want to drive that far on a donut.
