10 or of 5 stars! So thankful. I rolled in on a Saturday at 3:30 with my tire pressure fading fast after I just refilled it. Everything else was closed. They took me right in. Let me use their phone charger, removed an huge screw I picked up somewhere and fixed my tire up in less than 30 min. Beyond thankful for the quick and easy fix.

DUSTIN TO THE RESCUE!!! Today while out of town (five hours from home) at 4:20 on a Friday Dustin came to my rescue! I realized I had a nail in my tire, I called multiple shops, but Dustin was the only one to say he would get me in TODAY! He and his amazing staff squeezed us in and got us back on the road, As a woman traveling alone, this is such a relief! I cannot recommend Dustin and his team enough!!

They will always go above and beyond. If there is anyone to go to it is Mavis. Im not one to write a review but I recently had one of the greatest examples of their usual above and beyond attitide. A couple Monday's back I had a tire low on air, I tried to inflate, it wouldnt. I went inside for help, they are always willing to talk and set stuff up or take a quick look if possible regardless of appointment. They were able to inflate and found nothing. I did not make it far away before it went flat again while driving. Dustin and Alex at the Manheim pike location stayed nearly an hour after closing to make sure my car was safe and taken care of. Their Ephrata and Manheim pike location are two of their amazing locations with great management and staff who are always polite and helpful through the years Ive been going to them. If you want your car maintenanced/repaired by trustworthy people who care, Mavis is the place to go.

The experience with the new manager, Dustin, could not have been better. I was driving into town late on a Friday and my tire made a new friend..: I immediately searched for tire places in Lancaster that were open NEAR SPOOKY NOOK (where the event we were headed to was hosted)- and there is only ONE open on a Saturday…. I called and got Dustin on the phone right as they were closing. He was incredibly pleasant and listened to my issues- we had a limited time on Saturday to get my tire fixed or replaced. Saturday morning, he remember our names and assisted with the tire issue quickly. He ensured the patch was going to hold and that the TPMS was reading my pressure. He also made sure the care was ready for a long ride back to DC-area. The price was discounted, and the service was unmatched. They even put my spare tire back in the well properly, despite all the pieces being strewn about the vehicle. Dustin is a new manager who really treated us right and made me feel comfortable and important. I really appreciate him working g quickly to make sure we could still attend our event!
