Having moved here from Maryland, I had three vehicles requiring inspection and emissions testing. Brimmer referred us to One Stop Auto, where we met with Andy. There are many things that made this shop stand out from other automobile repair places, 1. Andy either saw us the very same day of arrival or within two days. To obtain an appointment, we normally would have to wait at least a week to two weeks out. 2. I googled the pricing and Andy's prices were fair, not ridiculous. I didn't feel swindled. 3. As parts were replaced, Andy showed my husband the parts that were bad, prior to ordering new parts. 4. Friendly. Andy and his co-workers were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Having an fair priced, knowledgeable mechanic in the area, is a blessing.

Best and most honest mechanic I've met. Andy is an awesome guy and does a great job. He figured out the main issue when 3 other shops couldn't. My wife was supposed to go into labor soon and we really needed the car done ASAP and he got it done right on time. It's hard to find solid, honest mechanics who don't try to shmooz you into doing unnecessary things. Andy is a mechanic to keep for life.

Honestly, was great my first time around but kept questioning about my car, why you want that? Why this doing that, what’s wrong with your car ??? There nothing wrong with your car, it’s perfect. That was not the case at all. Andy held my car for two days, literally didn’t even look at my till I said” yeaaaa, well that part does fit and i’m not returning it to the company because they are a pain to deal with” he said ok, I take a look at it, come pick up in 30 mins. I told i’m on the way. I show up my car was suppose to be “ looked at” literally was behind another that was up in the air, like what? Lmao was not even looked at all. He said there literally nothing wrong with my car, it’s perfect. We go for a test drive two days laters because he thinks i’m crazy and delusional. He said call you In Few days to set up something for the issues i’m making up. I took it to Fabie boys who I always go to, I recommend to anyone. They took it in the back said they same but they actually took it up in the air. They wanted to do a test drive till they took it up in the air and well loll, they found every thing. The parts that Andy said that “didn’t fit” they fit perfect and yes they needed replace badly, the cv axle needed done , oh the grinding noise I told Andy I would here off and on well lol if he actually knew what he was talking about, the differential fluid needed done but guess what, it’s too late. I drove on too long waiting on Andy to find an answer and give a me call. So, now I gotta replace my whole differential. Only reason why I am giving a 3 stars is because Pam, the receptionist was actually very sweet and very attentive. Actually cared to have a conversation. I don’t appreciate being looked at crazy or I don’t know what I am talking about because I am a female.

Hands down the best customer service I've encountered in a long while. Booked in for safety inspection at 2:30, was promptly and politely seen to and car was done 30 minutes later. I dealt with Andy and Grant who were both very accommodating to all of my questions. I will be going there again and highly recommend to anyone. As a woman dealing with this on her own, there was never anything but politeness and respect. 10 out of 10.

Andy is the GOAT i take all of my cars to him. He is the family mechanic i need\nA man of his word gave me a quote for labor of five hours to replace a front differential and end up being a sixteen hour job , but he still only charged me for 5 cause that is what he quoted me. And has helped my son with his project car for the last 6 months. Only place I will do business from now on

Everyone was super friendly and efficient- I love the automatic invoice approval so I could see and approve online.
