this place is where everybody should be going to get work done on there vehicle..they care about u and your vehicle..100 percent..down to earth..easy to talk to and pricing better than any other local garage..I had a conversation with the guy that worked on my truck after it was repaired and it felt like I new this guy for years..very personable..a true family business and I also found out they have a couple other local garages for inspections and other work ur vehicle mite need ...I highly recommend scheduling ur next vehicle repair with them...there about 20 min from where I live but we'll worth the drive

The first time I was in the workshop, I was very well taken care of, because I did the service, but last 32 days the car presented the same problem, and I was very poorly attended yet they said that this type of service has no guarantee, they did me a favor , That my car was old that would have to change many pieces and that would be very expensive, nor did they set out to look to see what was happening. I took another place that solved the problem in 10 minutes and neither had to pay anything, I do not recommend this air conditioning service

Long story short, I took my car here for a second opinion after I failed my first state inspection test at Meineke where they told me I needed a $600 repair in order to pass. The honest mechanics at Gerz told me my car was fine and I didn't need any repairs, even after I told them about what Meineke said. It's so hard to find a trustworthy auto shop, so it feels great knowing I'll be in good hands with them from now on.

I have never had a bad experience here. They always are polite and fix my cars without adding extra repairs that don't need done like other shops do. Their honest people and fix what you tell them to fix. They always find the problem. I've been going to them for 15 years. I made a mistake once by going elsewhere and ill never make that mistake again. I highly recommend taking your cars here to everyone.

Despite us having a mechanic in our family and thus being able to provide Alex Gerz Radiator Co. with detailed descriptions of symptoms and our own attempts at repair, this shop charged us $133 to merely bleed our coolant system, despite the fact that we ourselves had already bled the coolant system no less than three times. Worse, when our vehicle was given back to us with the assurance that the problem had been fixed and that the vehicle had been test-driven to make sure of it, we immediately realized we had been lied to twice: the problem wasn't fixed, and had the mechanic actually driven it, he would have discovered that himself. As an aside, it took me no less than four calls and an email to get a hold of them. Needless to say, we will never again use their services, and will caution others to avoid them. Meanwhile, a different, HONEST mechanic had our vehicle for less than two hours when they made the correct diagnosis: blown head gasket and cracked engine block. Unless you enjoy being lied to and ripped off, do not take your vehicle to Alex Gerz Radiator.

Great people and superb service. Recently had them restore a radiator for a 1970 mustang grande. Turn around was quick and wife and I couldn't be happier with how it looks back in the car we are restoring. Very skilled people here who restored our radiator to look as good as a new one from the dealership. If you need work for a classic car give Gerz a call and you won't be disappointed. For what we picked up the cost was so worth it.
