I recently purchased a new MDX from Jones Acura. While I am not one to leave reviews, I felt compelled to leave one to talk about my dealings with the staff at Jones Acura. I had the pleasure of meeting Andy Pilotti on my first visit to the dealership. After explaining a recent unpleasant experience at another dealer, he assured me my experience here would be much different. From the time I began speaking to Andy, I knew I had made the right decision to visit Jones. Andy is unlike any other salesman I have dealt with in the past. Andy was fantastic in that he truly cares about his customers. He listened to all of my needs and wants and tailored the buying experience to me. I would recommend Jones Acura and Andy to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle. I would be remiss not to mention I also had the pleasure of dealing with General Manager Tom and Finance Manager Steve Green who were also great. All around a great buying experience. Thanks to all!!

Jones Acura of Lancaster was the best car buying experience I have ever been through. William Cross and Andy Pilotti were amazing to work with! They made sure I was 110% happy and satisfied with everything related to the car buying experience...the whole way down to the extra accessories I got with the vehicle and they knew I was super picky about the vehicle being PERFECT at pick up - no finger prints, etc and they went over and above by bringing a cloth to the car to wipe down any small dirt marks I saw. I am very happy and more than satisfied and will definitely go back to Jones Acura for my next car and will highly recommend friends and family to purchase their next vehicle there. I’m not typically one to write bad reviews, but these guys did me a serious disservice and left me no choice. Jones has been servicing my TLX Type S for 2 years now, and have typically done a great job with communication and quality of work. For 2 years now, I have requested that they forgo running my car through their car wash, as my vehicle has a professionally applied ceramic coating and has only ever been hand washed (I’m an enthusiast). They had my trust, as the service advisor once jokingly told me they washed my car during a previous service. On Dec 26th, however, after a routine service, I noticed the vehicle had been run through the car wash, and as expected, my paint was covered in micro scratches / swirl marks. I pointed this out to the service manager and he acknowledged their mistake (and even gave me a hand written note acknowledging their mistake), and offered to have their detailer buff out the scratches. I mentioned that simply buffing out the scratches would effectively remove my expensive ceramic coating, and would not be an adequate remediation. In order to restore the car to its previous condition, the ceramic would need to be removed then reapplied, per my detailer. After explaining this to the service manager, I was questioned about the quality of my ceramic coat, and was told that ceramic coats should prevent scratches in an attempt to pivot some of the blame. Any good detailer knows (and a simple Google search suggests) that ceramic coating does not prevent scratches, rather it adds gloss, protection from environmental contaminants, and ease of cleaning. After emailing the general manager, Kris, about the situation, I received a call from the service manager where I was told the scratches were not from the car wash and must have been present before the service (despite previously writing me a note suggesting otherwise), again that ceramic coatings prevent scratches, and they would not be willing to rectify the situation by working with my detailer to restore the vehicle to its previous condition. Instead, I was offered a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Instead of making the situation right, Jones chose to lose a potential life long customer and damaged their reputation in the process. Anyone who considers themselves an auto enthusiast should avoid Jones at all costs. I’m extremely disappointed. The photos of the side profile and front of the car were taken in Oct 2023, and the three photos with swirl marks / micro scratches were taken post-service for reference.

I constantly have to bring back my RDX because they can never fix the problem. After I always tell them 2 or 3 times they suddenly find the issue after I have a paid for other services done to the vehicle. Seem to me they know what to fix but do everything else to get you to pay more than what you should. I know it's a business bit I should other ripped off. SADLY I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO HAVE MY RDX SERVICED. BAMBERGER IS A HONEST SERVICE SHOP FOR ALL VEHICLE. GO TO THEM INSTEAD...

I recently purchased a new Acura RDX from Jones Acura. The salesperson I dealt with was Andy. He was very good to deal with, there was no high pressure at all during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and professional. What is very surprising, especially in today's world, he has reached out to me a few times since I took delivery of the vehicle making sure if I had any questions he would be there to answer them for me. Just bought an Acura Integra Type S from Jones Acura a couple weeks ago. Overall I had a great experience and can confidently recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle. My sales person Michael Keppel was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took his time to go over financing options and all the usual dealer add-ons and options. Very low pressure sales with an emphasis on customer satisfaction in the end. Michael also did a very good job of going over paperwork and any other details that would be needed to complete the sale.
