If you own a 3rd gen Prius do not take these guys seriously. Went in to get them to check my egr system, and they swindled me out of $2200 for a $175 part that I now can take off clean and replace in less than half an hour. For being the only “hybrid” shop in town they don’t have a clue what they’re doing and the front desk staff I guess just doesn’t even communicate with the people actually working on the car. You’re much better off watching YouTube videos and doing it yourself than taking it to these unprofessional, unqualified people. Edit: the way the owner responds to ever review should tell you all you need to know. I waited 2 weeks, calling to check every day, to find out if the boroscoped the car, never got an answer but got over 5 marketing texts/emails while waiting. Get off your google reviews and actually talk to your customers dickhead

I had a parasitic draw on the battery. It was killing the battery in one or two days. I was unable to figure out what was causing it. I read the reviews on this company and decided to take it to them to see if they would be able to find it. It took them a bit to find the problem and it was finally narrowed down to the instrument cluster that was replaced in 2019. A circuit board had gone bad but it had a lifetime warranty and the company gladly replaced the cluster. They did a great job because it took them a while to find it. They went through the vehicle thoroughly and checked everything. Good job Mobile tech. I appreciate all you did. James
