We were from out of town got a flat on the highway and they were the closest but we are so happy that we found them because we pulled in and after fixing our tire he was nice enough to just get us back on the road for free but you know we had to give him something! Great business and amazing customer service! If I lived here they would be my go to mechanic shop. Appreciate you jay 💪🏾

We had our 15 year old van serviced at the dealership where we purchased it for a non-working a/c. After almost $2000 repair, it quit working shortly after. We took it back in and were told it would be another couple grand to repair it and they weren't sure what exactly the problem was. (Right? How can you quote me a price without knowing what you'll be doing - can we say scam?) We called Cody (heard about his shop from my dad). He had our van in and repaired and us out the door within a few days and at about half the price. He went above and beyond as needed to repair our van since it is old and some parts were hard to find (and he kept us in the loop of each thing he found and fixed while doing so). The a/c has worked great and without any problems since. He was upfront, honest and no BS!! We have all of our vehicles serviced here now and do not plan to go anywhere else!

Excellent work and fast service at a affordable price! I had came in for my oil change and afterwards my car significantly ran so much better and smoother. The mechanic Jason had recommend me to get some new tires and let me know they were running a deal. Over that weekend I had ran over a nail! I contacted them right away and they put in an order. They replaced my tires the following day and my car was ready to be picked up that same day Monday!

Awesome group of guys that are honest and professional, and do great quality work. Dropped my car off thinking it would be an easy quick install, but there were a few hiccups along the way due to the car having more problems than we initially thought. For a specialty repair he also gave me a great recommendation for where to take my vehicle and I am happy with that experience as well. We took our truck in because something was leaking. They got us right in. We also had them check on a ticking noise that has been there since we bought it. There was a crack in the manifold. They called us with the estimate to fix the manifold and we had them fix it along with our 100,000 mile check. The truck was ready within 24 hours. No more ticking...yay!! No hidden charges. It was exactly what they said it would be. Very friendly, very professional. They didn't even charge us for the oil filter leak. I will definitely recommend to all family and friends.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Moen Automotive, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, they provided prompt and professional service that exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, they delivered ahead of schedule for a job that was not simple. I had them install aftermarket high performance rotors and pads, as well as new performance oriented springs at all four corners. With all this, they completed the work on my car well before the estimated time, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept me informed at every step of the way, providing updates and answering any questions I had. We drive across town to bring our vehicles to Moen. We always have a great experience and are happy with the services received. One recent example, we drove to Colorado on vacation and the vehicle started making noises on the way. The noise was only when accelerating at high speeds. (Yes, we probably should have gotten an oil change and a once over before a road trip, as it was due anyways; we will plan better next time). We attempted to have it looked at in Colorado and while they were very nice and told us they thought we would make it home. They were not sure where the noise was coming from. Once we got back we took it to Moen and they diagnosed it was a hose coming loose and fixed it, like it wasn't a big deal.
