They have caught places like Firestone and LOFX lying to me about things needing serviced or replaced. Tom Gilbert and team are top notch. My daughter came accross CHR a few years back and referred me. So far we have had oil changes on all of our vehicles, a Transmssion and radiator, Shocks & Struts, Exhaust, a Rear End, multiple sets of tires, EGR and many other Fixes. We are loyal customers for life.

This shop worked my car in when they didn't really have time for a possible electrical issue when no one else would look at it. One dealer was a week out for service and another one was over a month to even look at it! Turned out to be a bad battery. I was more than happy to give CHR my money!

CHR is the place to go if your looking for Honesty and quality work for a fair price. There have been multiple times Tom has saved me from spending unnecessary money on things other places stated I needed. I can't say enough about Tom and CHR. This is the only place my family takes our vehicles to for Oil Changes and Maintenance. They do allow you to schedule appointment's for oil changes and have a comfortable place to wait. Oil Changes don't take long at all.

I brought both of my vehicles to CHR after being referred by my neighbor who had used them for years. They did exceptional work, did it quickly, and did it for a reasonable cost. Tom is a great individual who doesn't beat around the bush or try to talk you into anything you don't need. Exceptional service! They are more than willing to provide a loaner car, which I find to be a huge perk. Plan to use them as my primary auto mechanic into the future. Had grown tired of using Mills Fleet Farm after needing repeated visits to get my wheels balanced correctly and not feeling like repair work was done to the highest levels possible. Was also sick of needing to call 3+ times in a day, just to have to leave a voicemail that no one would return. CHR answered the phone promptly, offered to get me on the schedule that same day, and gave me the nicest smoothest riding tires! Couldn't be happier with their work.

I found CHR from Google mainly because I saw on their website that they have experience working on our van model and we had a check engine light come on after recently buying a used van. CHR looked at the van and addressed major concerns and also items that could be addressed at a later time. The price was fair/competitive and the timeline was great. A few weeks later we had another issue and Pete from CHR reached out and advocated for us to the dealer we had bought the van from. Pete explained the repairs needed and the dealer helped cover some of the bill and the repairs were made. My family and I are so grateful for Pete and CHR! Our van is running great and we know that if we need to fix an issue, get an oil change, brakes changed, or simply a tune-up we will taking all our vehicles to CHR going forward! They are professional, affordable pricing, and the expertise/explaining the issues is top notch. Thanks again to Pete and the staff at CHR!

I had the best experience here today. Lucas was my mechanic and sat down with me and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. Price quoted everything and even took the time to show me how bad my filters were. (I live on a gravel road and wow!! they were bad) Glad I got them replaced. Im not from the DSM area and asked where to get my windows tinted, and it turns out, they can do that too. So that's next on my list. Great place! I highly recommend!

Was recommended this place by two of my friends. I brought my car in for an alignment and a full inspection before heading out on a long trip. I suspected there might be an issue with the brakes and was anticipating a large bill. Not only did they confirm that brake work was needed, but also gave me an incredibly fair price, much more reasonable than I expected. Even better, they had everything taken care of in just one day! Will definitely be returning!
