One of the honest repair shops I have had work done at. Had an issue that other shops would have probably misdiagnosed but still wanted to charge a bunch of money and still would not have been repaired. This shop told me the real problem and to have this issue covered with my road hazard tire warranty. Will be definitely be back if my Honda needs service again.

Tom has an abundance of experience. I enjoy his explanations of what problems are or are not present. Other places will try to gouge you for unnecessary services. Tom is honest and will not do that to you. He will also try to find ways to save you money and is very efficient at what he does.

In over 40 years of driving, we have never experienced what we did today. We heard the guy was good. He kindly took us in on an emergency basis. My husbands car broke down on the way to work. We had it towed to this shop. Should have towed it to the Honda dealer. As he promised, it was ready in three hours or so. My husband picked it up, did not get a few blocks down the street, it breaks down. Hubby calls Tom, he comes and tows it to the shop. A couple hours later, it's ready again, did not get 2 blocks this time. Hubby was crazy enough to leaverify it there again. Picking up now, it will never go back to this shop. Disgusting.

Tom has saved me tons of money over the years working on my Honda’s and Acura’s. He does exactly what is needed to keep them going. I’ve probably had Tom service over a dozen different cars of mine that my wife and daughters and I drive and they just keep going and going. This is ranging from brand new cars to 200k mileage cars too. He knows Hondas better than anyone in Des Moines.
