I took my car here for the first time wanting them to evaluate a suspension type noise and to change the oil while they had it. Scheduling was easy online, the staff were professional, kind, willing to help. After inspection they determined everything was structurally sound and they researched similar complaints to find that it was a common problem with that make and model, and was not a safety concern. They gave me the option to do nothing or try one of two repairs suggested by the manufacturer. Since it wasn’t a safety issue I had them change the oil and so nothing with the noise. I was so impressed by this auto shop! Conveniently located and shuttle service provided. Will definitely be back in the future!

Overall good experience with Beckley auto. Able to drop off and pick up after hours. Tim made sure to call and advise on repairs needed, they were very thorough and honest when issue wasn't immediately fixed. They weren't able to fix a logic issue with the TCM but informed me about the TSB that the dealership could use to fix the issue and didn't charge when the repair didn't stick. Price feels very fair. Will be back for future issues that may arise with my car.

I am more than pleased with the service I received. Vehicle needed scanned for park brake issue, they were able to scan it recalibrate actuators and clear codes. They didn’t try to upsale me on services I didn’t ask for. I authorized 250.00 when I dropped the vehicle off and when I picked vehicle up the bill was 110.00. Felt great finding a qualified shop that charged a reasonable price.

I had Beckley work on two of my cars recently and have had a fantastic experience with both services. With an older Mitsubishi Montero that I purchased as a project needing a comprehensive look-over, I received a fair and honest evaluation of the car’s condition and received detail about parts needing replaced and addressed. With the other service on a Lotus Evora needing a clutch/brake fluid replacement, not only was the fluid replaced at a reasonable price, but they also fixed a separate issue with the vehicle and left my car in a better state than when I dropped it off. I’ll continue to trust Beckley for any automotive needs for any vehicle types.

I had the timing belt replaced on my 2013 TDI Passat. I scheduled a couple of weeks out, and they got it done the same day that I dropped it off. The staff was very professional, and I was informed of all pricing and services the whole way through. The price was also very reasonable; two other places quoted $500 to $1000 more, respectively, for the same job. If I have any other maintenance needs on this car or any other Euro car, I will come straight here, no questions asked.

As a new customer, I was disappointed with the overall experience. From the start, communication was lacking. When I dropped off my car, I wasn’t greeted and had to wait while advisors finished phone calls just to hand over my keys. Throughout the process, my assigned service advisor never proactively called me — all updates came via text, including a $5,000+ repair estimate, which felt impersonal for such a large amount. After approving $1,500 in priority repair (throttle to body hose), I received no updates about part being delayed until I called myself. I had to track the shipment on my own using a screenshot they uploaded after I inquired. When the car was finally ready, it stalled as I tried to leave the lot. The advisor briefly took it back, then said it “computer just needed to re-learn,” but the car is still shaking at startup 48 hours later. I felt more like a burden than a customer. Clear communication and basic follow-ups would have made a big difference and kept me a customer with them. Tim was the only staff member who was consistently helpful and responsive, which is why this is a two-star review instead of one. While I don’t mind paying for quality repairs, I prefer transparent pricing and actual conversations — especially when spending thousands of dollars. But they wont care..one bad review vs 1.8K im sure theyll just move on to reviewing golf packages in Costa Rica infront of other customers like they did with me
