2/28/25 I support small businesses because they take great care of their customers. I had my van taken to this shop for brake service and oil change. I asked for an estimate. They performed a complete inspection and informed me of the repairs that needed done. Also provided photos of the worn-out parts. Bruce the service tech had great communication with me. He kept me informed on all the work being done. He was professional and explained the repairs well. I had the front break pads replaced, rear pads and rotors replaced. The rear shocks were completely shot, they replaced them. They did an oil change. They did an alignment after the brake replacement due to the van pulling to the left slightly. No adjustments needed, so they did not charge me for the alignment. I've used this small business for over 7 years and they have always been honest and loyal to me. All staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. Thank you BRUCE for taking great care of my van and for your excellent service. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

My a/c wasn’t working right on my Cadillac. I popped in one morning, no appointment. The man that helped me was so friendly, he said we can take a look right now… nice clean waiting room with a comfy couch to wait on, they offered men snacks and either soda and water. Within 2 hours I was back on the road with ice cold a/c and it cost 150 less than the last place I went when I need the a/c fixed. Highly recommend!! I’m telling you the ac is so cold in my car now I almost have to wear a jacket haha

I was traveling in my E-250 and had a significant electrical short that resulted in some melted parts and failed charging system. I found these guys on Google and limped it 3 miles over. They had the truck in the shop in less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road in 24 hours. Based on the damage, I was fully expecting more down time. I immediately drove it 5 hours home in 90* heat with no problem. Very grateful I found these guys, they took care of me and did a great job.

I’ve gone here 3 times over last year. The first visit was amazing which is why I went back. The front desk guy (don’t remember his name) was really kind and informative. They gave an estimate of my brakes and few other things with pictures and detailed costs of the repairs via email and text. They even informed me on what’s the most important to replace and things I could wait on. Prices were reasonable as well. The second time I came back for the second half of repairs the communication was less and it was hard getting in touch with them to follow up. I also didn’t appreciate that they don’t put paper down on your rugs so you get your car back with dusty and oily shoe prints in your floors. I also noticed after getting my back brakes replaced they still squealed very loud. I informed them and they said bring it back it might be faulty parts. Unfortunately, due to my schedule I wasn’t able to bring it back in until a week ago. I set my appointment and told them I wanted my everything on my car checked again. I missed a phone call from them regarding the review of my car and it took me several attempts to reach them. The first number stated the phone was out of service and the main phone line just kept ringing. After the 4th try, I finally got someone they told me nothing was wrong with my brakes but I need sway bar links replaced and of course my oil changed. Everything else was fine or just didn’t need immediate replacement. I agreed to the oil change but I know sway bar links replacement only take 30 mins tops and the parts are inexpensive but they were going to charge me almost $400 for the job. This time I received no email or texts regarding my estimate. I called back to decline the repair but after 6 attempts of calling I never reached anyone. The next day after 3 attempts I reached someone to see if anyone could pick me up from my rental car location and they said they didn’t have anyone. I asked if the oil change was done and he said no but we can do it real quick if you’re coming to pick up. I got my car back again with dusty, muddy, oily rugs and now a week later my check engine light is on. The value of their services have definitely declined over the years. Won’t be back.

Bad service from these people I took my car to fix there and now it turned out with an electrical failure they disassembled the whole car just to put a lamppost and put the bumper again there were screws for missing and apart from the people who attend there. It is very despotian does not respond and responds rudely definitely dissatisfied with this workshop bad service and terrible attention at the reception
