Honest, timely, and reasonably priced repairs. I've been taking my Camry here for a few years and am always treated well. I recently dropped off my vehicle to get the brakes checked and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle there was no charge even though they had replaced the rotors and pads. They had installed the original parts 2 years before and applied the warranty without me having to ask. Great service!

Traveling from MN to Wichita and our passenger side heat went out. It was a very cold drive with the temp at 2 degrees outside. 2 hours into the drive, we Googled auto repair shops in Des Moines and came across B&T. We called ahead, explained the problem, said we'd be there in 2 1/2 hours and asked if they could get us in. They said they could. When we got there, they took our vehicle in right away, diagnosed the issue and we were in and out in about an hour. Traveling with 4 kids under the age of 10 we were very grateful for this! The price was reasonable, the service was friendly and professional. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road quickly and with heat! We had a much more comfortable ride the second half of our trip.

Worst place ever, my dad took my suv to go put new heat/ac blower replaced. Owner mess up the whole display electrical and make us wait 1 week without heat to bring out, then now he tear out the whole dashboard and want to charge us another $300 on top of $500. And we don’t have an suv for atleast 2 week while he waiting for parts. Do Not take your vehicles there.
