Chris and his team were amazing from start to finish. I stopped by to get an appointment for them to check out the exhaust on my car. It was making a lot of noise. One place said I needed the whole exhaust system replaced. They quoted me a substantial amount. I wanted a second opinion, and someone mentioned going to Monro's. Chris was very professional and explained it wouldn't cost as much as the previous place had stated. He said he would have his team look at it. The day of my appointment William (one of the mechanics) helped me check in and when he was done inspecting the exhaust in my car he let me know I didn't need a whole new one. Only parts of it needed replaced. He was able to get the parts for the next day and quoted me much less than the other place. They are very honest and trustworthy people. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I used to come here all the time. There was an older gentleman that used to work here and I remember one time he was checking out my engine; turned on my car and Metallica was blasting, which he loved and showed off a new guitar he had, and ever since then we became best buddies. Could always count on him to help me out. Come in today for a regular oil change next thing you know I’m getting quoted $600 for new brakes by whoever works here now. Car was just inspected in August and was in and out of my hometown mechanic shop for about two months prior to moving into Harrisburg. Had my hometown mechanic +2 of my friends that are local mechanics in Harrisburg take a look at the pictures this guy had me take and everyone said absolutely not forget that!! Highly don’t recommend coming here if you’re a woman; These guys obviously think that they can screw you over and that youll have no idea

I called Saturday morning and made an appointment at 2:30 for a screw in my wife's car. I went early and they took me right away. Seems like a couple minutes later and the service advisor came out, handed me my keys and said it was fixed, NO CHARGE!! Wow Fast service and no charge. I'll be back.

I stopped today because my turn signal bulb needed to be replaced. I didn't have an appointment, but the young man who waited on me said no problem. We will get it fixed for you. Within 15 minutes, it was done! When I asked how much I owed them, he said nothing, it only took a few minutes! I was having a bad week, and this man showed me kindness and empathy. I will come back here again!

Ok originally I was going to leave a relatively positive review, but I have a big problem not gonna lie. You guys lied to me and overcharged the hell out of me. Over $300 for one goddamn tire when mine exploded and I was towed to your location. Overcharging me because I’m a girl and because it was an emergency, you took advantage. But the issue I have is when I repeatedly asked if the rest of my tires were ok and in good condition. You guys assured me you wouldn’t let me leave if they weren’t. Turns out all of my tires were dry rotted. So not only was I robbed blind, you let me leave with unsafe tires that would explode AGAIN on me. Shame on you.

It was near the end of the business day, and I had a punctured tire, and these guys made sure to get me into the shop and solve the problem. Will’s a chill bro. As for the technician working on the car (although not particularly talkative…long day and I’m sure he just wanted to effectively plow through the work and get home that night) was very professional and did a great job. I haven’t met all the staff but, as a general rule in life, if you treat people with respect, you’ll get the same in reciprocity. I have more work that will need to be done on the car (as all cars eventually need) and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it back.

These guys are awesome. My wife and I have brought our vehicles here for awhile now and have had nothing but good experiences. They're extremely helpful, fast, and more than reasonable. They don't try to pull the "typical mechanic" stuff and are straight forward about what does or doesn't need done instead of just telling you something is wrong that really isn't just to make a few extra bucks. I'd give more than 5 stars if it was possible. Absolutely ZERO negative things to say when it comes to our experiences with them. I Absolutely recommend 👌 👍

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They WILL damage your vehicle AND fail to fix any original issue!! I took my car in for an inspection (after servicing it and having everything checked by my trusted mechanic before the inspection to ensure it passes). They very obviously kicked or hit one of my lights to dislodge it then charged me to fix it threatening to fail the inspection otherwise. While I waited I witnessed no fewer then 3 different customers complain that the issue they brought their vehicle in for was not resolved and that additional issues were somehow now present! THIS MECHANIC WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE AND EXTORT PAYMENT FOR REPAIR; GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! TO top it off the two highschoolers they have working the counter frequently would go to the back to hid on their phones while a line of customers formed. The mechanic had to stop repairs and tell them to get back into the office to assist! Hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE i have ever experienced! I repeat, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Overcharged & underperformed on my Oil Change. I booked an appointment for an oil change thinking setting an appointment would make things quick and convenient, but overall it took about 45 minutes+. Jiffy Lube takes like 15 with no appointment needed. When they finished they charged nearly $70 and when I asked for a receipt it had 3 separate charges for "miscellaneous fees" ... but they didn't do anything miscellaneous. Did not refill coolant (Jiffy Lube does) but they did top off my wiper fluid (which they charged me separately for). Overall, would not recommend coming here for an oil change... in my experience Jiffy Lube has better, more affordable service that is efficient and superior in what they are providing. Just my personal experience, cannot speak on other services. Additionally, I did not find the staff to be especially helpful. When I arrived and informed the employee that I set an appointment, he acted confused and struggled to find it then remarked that there wasn't enough time to complete my service. When I said I was only getting an oil change he retracted his former statement but still, the experience and the employee's demeanor seemed like unprofessional service to me. Also my keys havent been working the same since after my visit, not going to blame them outright but might be worth mentioning. They're old keys, but since after my visit the fob that locks/unlocks my car doors has been repeatedly breaking which did not happen before.
