Dallas at the counter was very helpful and friendly and helped give a peace of mind about the tires for my car. Thank you so much!

Was given a Groupon coupon to try this place. NEVER GO HERE. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change? They gave me some sob story about ordering the wrong part. Whatever. I Went to Valvoline down the road 3 months ago and they were professional and caring. Nobody here looked like they had a clue what was going on. Avoid like the plague. Truly the worst car service I remember ever experiencing.

Brought our very recently purchased car there for a check engine light yesterday. They stated they did diagnostics on it and found nothing wrong when the check engine code was P0301 which is a piston one misfire, they cleared the code and not even 20 miles later the light came back and the car is sputtering. Brought the car back there today and they stated they could not help as they are not sure what the issue could be... Now I am not a mechanic but google is a thing and it could literally be as simple as spark plugs and coils. But they refused to even take the car back in today. Would not recommend. Unprofessional and honestly rude.

Amazing service. Had a stripped out spark plug threads they retapped it and it’s running like new. Still no problems and running for 3 months and no sign of misfiring.

They did great work just picked my car up from there and the staff was very friendly and was open with the issues that I had and explained the best options to go with didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of while getting work done on my car.

Very honest and reliable and quick. He even made sure to get the tire put in after the time I arrived was later and cutting it close to closing time, happily without complain.

Had a great experience here I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the gentleman named Dallas asked how they could assist me and I told him I just needed an oil change. They pulled my car in and I was in and out in roughly 45 minutes. He checked me out and thanked me for coming in and if I needed anything else to let them know they would be happy to help.

Appointments don’t mean anything here. I scheduled an appointment for inspection for the early morning on Monday the 15th on my day off, and when I got there at 8:30 AM I was told their inspection tech was off, which I think should have been a phone call before I came all the way over to the store to find out my appointment meant nothing. I rescheduled for the next morning after being assured that my car would be finished before I had to leave for work that day. When I got there at 9:00, I was told that their inspection tech didn’t come in till 10:30 (Why book an earlier time then?) but I was assured the car would be done before I had to leave for work at 12:40. I came back to check on the car at 11:50 and found that it hadn’t even been touched yet, and was told that they were pretty sure that the car was next and it would take about an hour to finish. Left without getting the car even touched by a tech because I didn’t have time despite scheduling multiple appointments and being told that it would be finished on time.

Watched the lone mechanic light a cigarette in the enclosed service area while working on a vehicle. Thought it was weird, especially since times have changed. When I picked up my vehicle the entire car reeked of cigarettes. I had to drive home in single digits weather with the windows down so I wouldn’t gag. Leaving my windows cracked overnight hoping the smell is gone. This is my work vehicle and I have a work jacket, hats, boots, PPE and equipment in the vehicle and everything smells like cigarettes now. Monro should pay for auto detailing if this smell doesn’t go away. It’s a convenient location and they seemed to have done a good job with the service and the guy checking me in was great, but they can’t allow their mechanics to do that, especially during the winter with all the bay doors shut. Unacceptable behavior.

Work truck overheated with CEL Friday afternoon. My regular shop couldn’t fit me in, I used Monro a few months back for brakes & their open Sunday’s so I decided to call. Scheduled a drop off appointment through your rediculous call center & dropped off the next morning telling gentleman there I need it by close Sunday. Heard nothing by Sunday afternoon so I decided to stop in & they still hadn’t even looked at it! When I explained my displeasure to the new guy saying I even made an appointment when some young buck from the back said to me “walk in’s are more important”. The new guy than had an older technician pull in my work truck to diagnose it as I watched. He didn’t even put it on the lift when he determined it was low on coolant & filled it up. I asked where the leak was & he didn’t know. Drove it for work Monday & Tuesday morning when it overheated again. This time I went to my local shop & dropped it off for them to check. While I was switching to a back up truck (which is a big hassle & was trying to avoid by bringing truck to you)the shop foreman did a pressure check which your tech failed to do & found the leak in 5 minutes in the freaking parking lot! I am so aggravated with your shop that I will contact my fleet company & have them dispute what you charged them. If this is how you run your company, I got 2 words for ya….GOOD LUCK!

When I got to the service center i asked them to fill my car with windshield wiper fluid. The manager james told me he wasn't sure if the guy doing my car would be able to because he doesn't know how to use the equipment. I responded with " that's alarming" considering i was leaving my car for them to do an oil change. He responded and told me that the guy doing my car is "75 years old ... what do you want" If I weren't in a pinch to get my car taken care of that day, I would not have left my vehicle. And I certainly will not be returning. I'm also not sure how.I had an $80 coupon and ended with a $122 bill for an oil change.

Usually, they do provide good service and very friendly. I had to get wiper fluid pump replaced and I was charged much more than expected. I am giving 3 stars since I felt I was overcharged with not much explanation.

Went to have a nail removed from tire. The guys were so nice and pleasant, offered food and drinks. The guy in the front was tidying up the shop and cleaning the glass as we waited. An elderly woman came in to have her tire pressure checked and the guys made her feel so safe confident and comfortable to come back anytime to make sure that her car and she is safe.. It was such a pleasant experience

I have been coming here for years to switch between winter and regular tires since it is one of the only places that has this service available. Dallas, the new assistant manager, was the first person to ever navigate this process start to finish with competency and excellent service. I usually arrive to find out that they are unaware of my appointment, they don’t know that they offer the service, and once they even threw my tires out and I had to fish them out out of the dumpster. I hope corporate will recognize Dallas’ unique management style and keep him around and happy.

I came in without an appointment & they immediately helped me out. I needed a new tire put on & an oil change. They did a curtesy inspection & found a few issues in my car. They ordered a part, which was delivered in a half hour. The man who worked on my car stayed an extra hour and a half to make sure everything was perfect. I waited in the lobby & it was a welcoming space. Thank you James & the Monroe sinking spring team members!

My car was taken in for inspection the same day I requested an appointment. It was completed and repaired (brakes and shocks) the same day. The mechanic also went out of his way to save me about $250 on parts which was much appreciated (and I got a free cheese Danish). Altogether a great experience!

My son had a little fender bender on Saturday due to a combination of snow, ice, and bald tires. We didn’t realize how bad the tires were, so I called around and got some quotes and Monroe offered the best price.. Even better was Jason said that he’d be able to fit us in that same day. He was working the front desk and on vehicles so we understood why there was a little bit of a wait. The price was good and we had some good conversations with the other customers that we were waiting
