I had some tire rack tires installed here. As soon as they arrived I was called to schedule an appointment. It was a very positive experience in the store, as the team is super kind and personable. They took good care of my car, and I had an alignment and install done for less than anywhere else in the city. I’ll be back the next time I need tires installed. Thanks gentlemen.

I would like to report an unprofessional experience I had with a customer service representative. When I asked for assistance with checking my tire pressure, the employee was rude and dismissive. He told me I would need to wait a couple of hours, even though there was only one customer at the time. I do not know his name, but he is a Caucasian man with a beard. I believe this interaction does not reflect the level of professionalism and service customers should expect. I hope this feedback can be addressed to improve future customer experiences.

I got tires installed (bought and ordered through Tirerack) and one went flat a month later. Took it in and they repaired it, but charged money even though they installed it. They didn’t even tell me what was wrong with the tire, if it was installation or a nail or what. The workers at this location are awesome, super knowledgeable and friendly. But the manager was outright rude to me and several other people who walked in after me. Also, they have a call center answering service now that’s inconvenient to both customers and the workers there.

Brought my car in for an alternator. I was told that was it was by 2 tow people. They gave my car a diagnostic test and sure enough it was the alternator. Meanwhile I was waiting in the office /waiting room area enjoying laughs with the front man aka as Shawn ...He's a real hoot. Laughed the whole time I was there and not about my car problems either😉. He was very helpful. I needed to find a place to try and have a copy of my car key made other than the dealer which would of charged me an arm and a leg $180+. He suggested Lowe's or home depot...and 😳 wow $5.28 at home depot I paid . I also needed a service they don't really provide... My Power windows worked on. Dave the technician who worked on my car discovered my child proof lock was on....something I was in aware of ...my windows wouldn't open and I couldn't get them down...so he turned them off and low and behold my windows now work. I would highly recommend them. If they don't have answers they will recommend you to someone else who does. Thanks you guys....you guys Rock!

Overall awful experience. People working here are extremely condescending and rude. I dropped off my car to get the flat tire checked, and the technician called me back. As soon as I picked up the phone, he goes, unprovoked, word by word "Your cellphone service's carrier has one of the worst mailbox, which is totally not a waste of money". I don't know why I thought I do any business with them at this point, but it's in a convenient location so I ordered the tire anyway. They told me I'll get the tire within a day. Three business days later, I don't get the call, so I call their service. Whoever picked up the phone asks me who did I order the tire with. Well I couldn't really know that. I was a little agitated and aggressively asked the technician why can't he get the status of my order with my name, license plate, phone number. To be fair, I wasn't being that nice either. But he literally says, "Enough of your attitude, have a great day". And then just hangs up. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness just shocks me. At least the sales manager was easy on cancellation of my order, but this is the kind of business that I want to check my bank account to see if they actually give me a refund. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like an idiot

I don't want to give a star, but the system doesn't allow it. I chose to repair the tire in this shop because of the recommendation of my friend. She repaired the tire here a week ago, and the price was $35. Today, I went to fix the tire. Because I didn't ask the price first, I was charged $61 in cash after the repair. I called my friend when I got home and told my friend why it was so expensive. She immediately called to ask, and the woman who answered the phone told her it was still $35. The same is to repair the tire, in the front of the tire to repair an ordinary nail hole, why the price difference is so big? Isn't this an arbitrary charge to deceive customers? Is there any government department that can dismantle this kind of arbitrary charging so as to avoid further losses to other customers?

Definitely get a second opinion after seeing these guys. I only went to them because it was a Saturday so my regular mechanic wasn’t open. The guy at the desk was all of the following at once: strange, making bad jokes, condescending, rude, immediately defensive. I got REALLY bad vibes from him all around. He wanted to charge me $1400 to replace the exhaust. And he started the conversation by saying - I tried to go lower and I can’t. And he also said something “I don’t benefit from talking to you on the phone for 10 minutes. Only you benefit.” When I spoke to the mechanic, I felt he was a nicer person and a better communicator. I told him I was going to see my mechanic on Monday and he said well perhaps he can put the parts together rather than buy a new one. My mechanic said my muffler was fine and it was just the flanges. He’s going to charge me less than $600. I asked him if he we should replace the whole thing. He said I really don’t need to. Honestly I may have worked with Munro if the front desk guy had a better attitude instead of immediately being weird and salesy and defensive.

Able to politely and thoroughly communicate with customer about repairs needed on car going above and beyond. Had my car towed in for a flat where the lug nuts were too stripped for me to take them off. Not only did they path up the tire and replace the lug nuts, but checked all my other tires’ lug nuts by taking the tires off and putting them back on to make sure all the other lug nuts were operating well incase I got a flat on another tire. Staff was efficient and I will be going back to MonroAuto for any other fixes needed.

I called in yesterday in dire need of snow tires or all weather tires - same day purchase and installation. Romello was just wonderful, he assured me they would be able to help me, calmly helped me find my tire size and advised me with what I needed to do to be road ready for the storm coming in today. He was not just helpful over the phone, he greeted me with a smile and I just couldn't have been more appreciative of the whole experience. On 1/26/26, I went there to remove one nail from my car's tire , my husband called and asked the price is $35.99 but I went there the people charged me $61 dollars and no receipt give back to me when I paid for cash. Why is different price and expensive than someone told my husband via the phone call?

I had a bad experience. 1. The man at the desk is very unprofessional and condescending. 2.I ordered tires from tire rack and never got a call letting me know they had arrived. Even though tracking the package said they had arrived 3. They aren’t fully aware of orders coming in from tirerack.com even though tirerrack RECOMMENDED Monro for “certified techs” 4. I had the tires balanced and mounted and TMPS installed on tires by tirerack before they were delivered to Monro but when they finished installing tires on my car they charged me for balancing/allignment. 5. Driving home, tire pressure light chime sounded and comes on my dash, indicating they did sync the tire pressure sensors correctly. 6. I was very vocal about clarifying if the sensors are working correctly and I got a “yea think so” 7. I had to ask more than one time for a receipt. Negative experience all around.

Nice lady over the phone books me for an appointment at 6pm the next day. I work 70 hours a week and I was blessed to get this time slot in. I come in 10 minutes early and the shop is closing up and the man there says I’m out of luck and everyone left. What kind of service is this? Supposed to close at 7, all the techs are already out by 6 with an appointment. I’ve already driven so many miles on a god awful alignment, I might as well buy new tires. Don’t go here if your time is precious

Called in to make an appointment. The lady one the phone was so nice and kind. Explained how I can leave my car there , she quoted me a reasonable price for tire pressure check & change my oil. When I got to the shop the person at the desk was super rude, condescending tone and just didn’t seem like he was interested in doing business with me. I tried to ignore and just explain that I have new front tires, he said if there’s any replacements it will be additional cost. Which is expected. I got quoted $170 for pressure tire check 🥹 I laughed and left because that’s a rip off.

Would give 10 stars if I could. I went in for a brake diagnostic and an oil change, and they took care of both seamlessly. They found the issue with my break which was a missing bolt and Shawn at the front desk was fantastic; he clearly explained what needed to be done and that they may need to order the necessary part and he quoted me a very reasonable price, but then, To my surprise, they were able to find the part and completed the repair without requiring a second appointment. I truly trust this shop for their fair and reasonably priced service and Shawn at the front desk is most definitely an asset to this company. Will definitely return for future work if necessary.

I was in the middle of leaving a parking garage and soon realized that the air was practically gone in my rear left tire (replaced a month ago). I filled it up with my portable pump and headed to Monro, 45 minutes before closing, as it was the closest option. I told Sean at the front desk about needing a tire repair, and he was upfront about the car probably having to be left overnight on short notice. Eventually, I showed him the video of where the screw was in the tire, and he checked with his techs if he could fit in the repair. Fortunately, luck was on my side because the tire repair was simpler due to the location of the leak. The tech did an awesome job and plugged the tire in no time. While I was waiting for the repair to be done, Sean was entertaining to talk to and answered my car questions. For my first visit, I’m extremely grateful for the transparent and skilled service that I received. If you’re a late pop-in like me, I encourage others to bring any videos/photos that would help the team assess the repair time needed (if applicable). Again, I was very lucky to receive quick service, so it might not always help your case depending on their schedule. My tire is still holding air thanks to Monro’s wonderful work. They saved my wallet from having to get a new tire. I will definitely be coming back again in the future. Thank you!!

Called a million places to fix a fat tire and nowhere had openings. I honestly never heard of this place but thanks to google, I gave them a call. They got me an appointment within an hour of my call. The guy at the desk was pleasant and upfront that it could take a few hours but I was just grateful to get it done that day. I opted in for an oil change as well. Price was reasonable and all was done in a few hours. For a last minute appt on a Saturday it exceeded my expectations, I’ll definitely be back
