I'm so grateful for Monro Kan Rock and the guys who work there, because they kindly and affordably fixed a problem on my car (better than my dealership!), quickly and outside of their regular suite of services. I've had issues with the splash guard on my car's underside for a while because my car is older and the brackets holding it on have ripped. Replacing it is prohibitively expensive. My dealership's service center bolted it up as best as they could but today, after I unavoidably drove through a large puddle that overtook the road during a severe thunderstorm, the plastic splash guard bent under my car and started noisily scraping on the ground. I was in Saginaw helping a family member, and hoped to fix it in Flint where I live, but it was very loud and I worried about causing more damage. My family in Saginaw insisted that I take my car to Monro Kan Rock, because that's where they take their vehicles. The guys at Monro looked at it for me and we discussed various options for partially removing or stabilizing the part, because replacing the piece is the sort of work a collision center normally does and that would require special ordering the part even through a collision center. They stabilized it securely which will probably give me at least a few months of use before having to invest in a permanent fix...and they didn't even charge me. I'm so grateful because I had just replaced the air conditioning condenser which the splash guard protects, so that investment was protected and I made it home safely without the splash guard ripping off on the highway. Thank you - and my family and I will definitely keep coming back! Also, thank you for providing as professional and supportive customer service for my car as I saw you do for newer, fancier cars you worked on. I feel like a valued customer.

College female here! Took my car to get the battery and alternator tested after being referred by another auto shop. Two guys tested the car and showed me the results. Both tested completely fine. I was told my battery was bad. They then tried to sell me a new battery, to which I replied that I would not be buying it that day. The man I was talking to only then decided to explain that my terminals were loose and that my battery was okay. I asked if they were able to tighten them, to which they did. He apologized, seemingly surprised that I knew what I was talking about, admitting that he had lied. Strongly do not recommend if you do not know your cars. Very unprofessional and tried to take advantage of a customer. Be smart with this place!

The manager there is phenomenal. I have zero complaints. i was well impressed with her delivery. knowledge and down right personal touch with understanding the customer. theres compassion yet sternness about her. the shop ran smoothly. flowed nicely. the atmosphere felt like a team tightly knitted. They did an excellent job diagnosing my KiA. that the dealership had spinned me around since JANUARY 2025 ... leaving me with the same problem to fend for myself. until I went to Monro. and there they found the Problems in Minutes!!! they are better than the dealership. they are honest. they do the job right and they DONT bullshit you. you as the customer dont be dumb or rude or Broke. if youre serious about paying for quality work for an affordable price. then this is the place to Go. thanks to everyone there for everything you do. you broke me out of a nightmare. and solved my problem ive been hassling for months with McDonald's KiA dealership. How can you do negative stars? I made an appointment online for 5:30. I arrived at 5:20. I told the desk person why I was there and he says his guys are already supposed to be out of there. This is 40 minutes before closing for a < 10 minute job. I now believe customer service is obsolete.

I was hesitant as this was my first time at this Monro location. Unsure of what was happening with my vehicle, I brought it in. Less than two hours later I received a phone call back with the diagnostic and was told the repairs could be completed the same day. I felt comfortable with the pricing and best of all, Monro was not trying to sell me anything. The manager Sam was very pleasant and patient from the beginning of the conversation all the way to the end when repairs were complete. I will continue to go back to this location for any future car needs and recommend you do too! Thank you!!

About few weeks ago took my vehicle to have a tire looked at. It was always losing air pressure. Team was friendly and got me in right away, looked at the tire and said there was nothing wrong it was just low. Well, the tire continued to lose pressure and finally took it to Belle Tire. Within 10 minutes the found a 1” hexhead screw in my tire and never charged me for anything. I would not recommend Monro or KanRock or whatever they call themselves..friendly that’s why I have them two stars but ability to diagnose a problem…zero stars if I could.

Absolutely sweetest people I have ever met , I’m a college girl and have no idea where to start with cars. I got a flat tire yesterday and had to put a donut on my car and I felt something was off with my car. I took it in there on the verge of tears and they got it in asap. The gentleman at the front text was extremely reassuring and one of the kindest people I have ever met. The other gentleman was also very kind. I ordered tires online and shipped to Monro. There was a problem with my Amazon tire installation order. Amazon completely screwed it up. They cancelled my order that I paid online. I ended up having to just pay Monro for the installation. It costs A LOT more than it is when scheduling and paying online. I’m not upset with Monro. The price is the price. I’m irritated because Amazon says it can take up to 10 business days to refund what I paid online. Anyhow, the lady at the counter was very nice and got me in Wednesday so I didn’t have to worry about traveling with bad tires. I REALLY appreciate that so much! There’s no way I would have driven in the first snow 3 hours away on my old tires.

CAUTION IF YOU VISIT. Oil change took 2 hours when had an appointment and was one of 2 people there. When I left my tire sensors were not working which was ironic as when I had arrived a lady was talking to then about her tire sensors which stopped working when she was there. I called when I got home and they said they would check it out. However upon arrival I was immediately told im not getting anything for free. I never wanted anything for free I wanted to see if they needed to be reset. They then tried to sell me 4 tire sensor for $240. Terrible customer service. Seemed to be very shady upsetting process.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this company. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and they held my car hostage while trying to make me pay for a service I had already fully paid for. Their behavior was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this place if you expect basic courtesy, honesty, and professionalism. This experience has left me with no trust in their service or staff.

They got us in next day that’s the best I can say about my experience. 4wd alert came back on 20 min into using it on the way home. Upon digging into the situation I found that they didn’t even hook up the ball joint to the control arm. Best I can say is they replaced the axles but didn’t verify their work. At least I made it home. Wish they would have left the nut on it at least
