It is so rare that I leave a poor review, but unfortunately I feel it is necessary because of my level of disappointment. My car actually came out dirtier than it was before. I had recently washed my car the prior week and cleaned my own windows on the inside, but because of the bugs being as bad as they are this time of year I had a few on the paint and windshield and wanted an interior vacuum, so I opted for the “Better” wash plus interior service. Total was $33 plus the $7 tip, very pricey for a basic automated service. The car came out, and not even 30 seconds went by of towel drying when they announced they were done. I looked up and immediately noticed two large smudge marks right on the drivers door that weren’t there before. I asked the man if he could please wipe that, which he did, and walked away. My windows on the inside are filthy. So bad, that all I see are streaks when I see lights and I will have to re-do them to drive at night. In addition, all of the squished bugs were still on the outside. It’s actually comical how bad the car came out. Sorry I didn’t say something before but I had things to do and didn’t have time to say anything, nor would I even like them to wash my car again. Waste of money.

I was a first time customer at this location and the women who vacuum the car out before the wash took my son’s blanket from the backseat. He’s autistic and particular about his things so this was unfortunate. I went back to see if it was an oversight and perhaps not put back in after cleaning. I searched the area and trash can, no sign of it. They said “sorry no blanket”. It never leaves the backseat.

Guys, you need to stick to your hours. It says you close at six. I just drove by at 4:55 with a very dirty car and your gates were closed. Please fix this. Either adjust your hours online and be honest / tell everybody that you close at 3 PM or actually stick to the hours that you have published online.

Just moved up the street and looking for a new car wash to use a couple times a week. Drove right there after work and was disappointed that they had closed 10 minutes early. Hoping to find a different car wash that follows their posted hours.

Terrible service. They close earlier than there posted times. I arrived seven minutes before closing and the gate was closed. Staff was there and they didn't want to open gate.

Really disappointed with the service. My car was still visibly dirty both inside and out after the wash.. Unfortunately, the job felt rushed and careless. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I like to support local businesses, but sorry to say I had a poor result at Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center today: Paid for the “Best” exterior wash (reasonably priced at $25) which looked good from a distance but did not remove bug marks (not chips) on hood and the tire shine is non-existent. I also paid for interior windows & dash (extra $12) and as the sun came into view on the drive home, the inside windshield showed that the cleaner had wiped as far as they could reach from each side but a wide untouched dirty strip was left in the middle. The exterior windshield still had some bug marks too. The carpets had been vacuumed but instead of unhooking the driver side floor mat from the sturdy plastic hooks that hold it in place, they just ripped out the mat and the two hooks holding it from the floor pan and left it like that. The hooks are now damaged and need to be replaced. The center console and dash around the instrument panel were still dusty. I had completely emptied the trunk for easy cleaning and it was not touched at all. Maybe trunks are not included? Another extra? Perhaps they could not locate the open button? There is a menu for detailing, but given the lack of attention to detail for this wash-and-clean visit and the extra work I had to do at home to complete the job, not to mention the repair I now have to do, I probably will not be returning.

I have 3 cars with monthly plan. I switched the plan on 2 of them… they were supposed to cancel the current plan to upgrade to the new plan. They never cancelled the old plan… so I got charged for 4 monthly plans last month. I only own 3 cars. I went there and spoke to them. They refunded one of them. This month my credit card statement came and they charged for 4 cars again! Think they are just hoping nobody notices and then get to keep the money. Not to mention the cars come out dirty, and there’s multiple little dents on my cars that were not there before I started going there!! AVOID

Worst car wash I ever been too must be a fool to come here, I feel like I was robbed. I got a full detail and my car was still dirty DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE….. Google needs to allow minus stars.

I always get the highest priced exterior. (25 dollars) but it feels rushed and inconsistent with the pre-spray down before I enter the actual car wash.

Has to be the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Paid for the whole service would have been better off paying for wash and cleaning the inside myself. Don’t ever go here.

Believe the reviews....there is a reason why this place is a 2.8 overall out of 58 reviews. Just moved into town, have a few luxury cars that I wanted to get good with a car wash and purchase monthly washes...simply take your money elsewhere. I read the reviews, but always try for myself. It's a classic "get them in, get them out place." I watched the entire process...Aimlessly spraying everywhere interior, vacuum is so-so, and the end process...well one bit of advice, get some paper mats to put on the newly vacuumed drivers mat. There is literally pot holes of dirty water when you exit the wash. Had to have my drivers mat re-vacuumed because of the dirt that the guy who drives the car to towel dry literally made my mat looked worst then when it was brought in. I took two pictures, they speak for themselves...those are clean rims apparently and they all just looked at me like I was the crazy one who just paid 36 dollars to basically go home and finish myself. No need to reply on Google, you should be replying on site, in-person, inspecting vehicles for quality control instead of reactively trying to protect the brand from negative reviews.

Terrible service. I paid $200 for detailing and my car was returned 50 miles less on gas with a nail in the tire! Do not use them, they take your vehicle for joy rides!!

1. The guys who are drying your car are nice & they do a good job. 2. The car wash hours are random. They open & close whenever they want without making an update on their website. No one answers the calls either if i call to check. 3. The water pressure is inconsistent. Sometimes, I have to go through the carwash twice to have my car clean. But I will be coming back because it's local.

Got the Best exterior wash. When I got home I saw my truck. Streaks all over the place and the undercarriage was still covered in salt. I watched the tire cleaner while I was in the vehicle. It never activated. I will never go back and I suggest you don't either.
