Arnold, the mechanic, quickly diagnosed a complex electrical issue with the ignition system that two other shops couldn't figure out. Not only did they identify the problem, but they also repaired it the same afternoon. My car now runs perfectly, with no more strange noises or stalling issues. They don't do ANY work on the cars they sale!! Terrible shop to buy a car from, got a car from them and paid 14k CASH ... to only have problems with the car LESS than a month later from when I brought it. From having to replace my back window to my AC NOT AND STILL NOT working THEN having to pay 3k for a catalytic converter AND a new turbo. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! I've NEVER gotten my oil changed there, never did anything that had ANYTHING to do with my oil in your shop so my oil change was never the problem, you had me buy a car that you had claimed to COMPLETELY fix, for me to have it diagnosed and still have those same problems. You didn't have a bill is sale, didn't have the owners Manuel in the vehicle, AND you purposefully broke a part on my car.

I left my truck with them for a month and paid 2900. When I picked it up, it was still in bad condition. I checked it a little more closely and it turns out that they left it in worse condition. Now I have to spend more money because the truck is in worse condition after having paid 2900. The truth is, I am not happy with the terrible service.

I don’t leave many reviews, but this is worth sharing. Arnold and Jonathan have been my “go to” for any of my car needs, for years. They have done everything from simple, to super complex. To give an idea of my experience…my vehicles usually start with 60,000 or fewer miles, and the vehicle with fewest miles has 123,000 miles now. I have one that now has 248,000 miles. I brought a used Cadillac that was in great condition, but the check engine light was on. Arnold did a quick diagnosis and it looked like there wasn’t anything really wrong. As I drove home, the check engine light came back on. So I was worried there was something wrong that may take serious digging (and $) to figure out. So I brought it back, and he did a deeper diagnostic check and found it was just a misfiring computer code. He didn’t even charge me! Good guy, nice people, great company.

Bought an ’06 Element EX-P from them. Communication, test drive, and the buying process were smooth. But right after signing and before leaving the lot, the CEL came on. They said it was an EVAP code, tightened the gas cap, and sent me off. On the way home, the pump kept shutting off while fueling, the tank overflowed, and the light returned, something they would’ve noticed filling it up for the test drive. The car then stalled and needed a tow, and the power steering pump failed within 48 hours. To their credit, they paid for and shipped parts to my mechanic, and it’s run great since.

Arnold was outstanding, he was professional, responsive, and very attentive throughout the process. He kept me informed and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
