Car was towed. They overcharged us an extra night and were completely unprofessional and not at all accommodating. Rude customer service! Emailed the manager and no response ~ what a shock!!! Would give negative stars👎🏼

So the site list 24hr service so yes someone did answer the phone but being told that the facility is only open 9-5 Monday-Friday is horrible especially for a person that needs the service after 5 on Friday. Sounds unfair to be charged unnecessary storage fees for what supposed to be a 24hr business.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My wife & I were stuck along 95 with our truck & 5th wheel for 8 hour because of our lousy tow service provider. When I finally contacted Bud's directly, Brian was there in a flash. He took care of everything, got us and our camper to the campground and then, he pretty much set the camper up for us because he knew I was sick! The dude was incredible!

I've always had a great experience when I've needed to call for a tow, or some mechanical work. They've pulled me out of more than a few emergencies, even at 3 in the morning I know I can count on them to be there, and they won't break the bank. The guys are friendly and know what they're talking about. I would recommend Bud's to any of my friends and fellow drivers.

Got into accident , car was towed here and I had things missing when I went to recover my things from the vehicle , there was also another women there complaining about the same thing . You gotta watch these folks !

Do not recommend speaking to the most unprofessional and ignorant people I have ever had to speak to . I called to inquire about a towing fee and impound fee , mind you the website says they are open 24/7 and rather then address the issue at hand I was told to call 8 am when this rude person continuously answered the phone . I may be the first , but surely won’t be the last to report this business to the BBB.

Was broke down on side of road in my antique car in Middlefield CT . Usual service provider kept we waiting 3 hours with no results. Called Buds driver was there in 45 minutes . Driver named Eddie was great was very careful loading and unloading car. Would highly recommend Buds towing.

The worst service ever, I don't recommend. Charging for the hours which they sit without doing nothing. Price is crazy, avoid this towing service always. First they said will charge around 2.2k and it turns out they charged for 4.3k total.

I was stuck on the side of the road not sure what was wrong with my vehicle so I called buds and the driver they sent out I believe his name was Eddie he was very attentive patient and nice the prices are a bit high but the way he handled my car with care and made sure to eliminate any other issues he could (battery alternator or fuse issues)made the price worth it. He also knew of many different places I could take my car to get the work I needed to get done. 10/10 wouldn’t call anyone else to tow my car

Rude driver ! Nasty attitude for NO reason . Disgusting terrible service ( even reception was a little nasty ) If you have the option use a different company !!! Ppl are already going through enough the least they can do is show empathy especially when someone is speaking nice & respectful. Nobody wants to spend hundreds / thousands on a raggedy towing service it’s an obligation. It wouldn’t hurt to be kind

I can see why cars get damaged in the process. The drivers drive absolutely insane. I would be careful. A driver was running people off the road going around 90 mph
