It has to be the worst Ford dealer in the state of Connecticut. I don’t know what’s worse. The sales department or the service department So unprofessional the guy in service told us it was $250 to look at the car then he went up to 300 and he said they would not do anything more until they told us about it so they wanted to charge us in an ridiculous amount. We did not do it so when I went to pay the 300 they told us it was 475 go to any other dealer there’s one in Milford 5 miles away.

I have done business with Park City Ford for decades. Purchased both new cars, and great used cars for my college aged children. Sales and service has been great! Recently, I was away for the weekend in PA with my 2018 Escape when it started having engine issues. I called and got reasonable advice as to whether to have it repaired locally or attempt to drive home. I had sent a video off of my phone demonstrating the noise the car was making and a photo that the check engine light was on which I learned could cycle off and on. I followed the advice which was to get some gas, and try driving the car around town to see if the "check engine" light would turn off. It did and we drove it home on Sunday. The following day, I called service in the morning (spoke to Gary)and asked if I could bring it in, recounting that I had talked to an individual on Saturday. I told them that it was okay if it wasn't done today, but I would rather have it there if someone has time to look at it because I was concerned. I got there after 11 am and was greeted in service by Keith who wrote the car up, and I was able to share my video with the service team. A technician named Matt joined in the conversation and saw what I recorded and he said he knew what the problem was, and he would take a look at it. Their lighthearted response helped my anxiety about the plight of my car that was honking like a saxophone stuck in my gas tank! I had purchased the extended warranty when I bought the vehicle (which is always a good idea), so I knew that the repairs were going to be covered except for the deductible. It took about an hour and I drove it home the same day! Yay! Go PCF!

Waiting to hear back from service manager for a resolution to a scheduled service to address AC circuitry fault, OTA Update failure, oil change, and multi-point inspection. All that was done was an oil change, deflation (yes, deflation) of my tires, and provided erroneous statements regarding Ford’s ability to see codes that have been auto cleared from the ECU’s active registry.

I will no longer be using this dealership after how I was recently treated. I called Greg to inquire about brake replacement and asked for a rough cost estimate. After dropping off the vehicle, (which is quite a hassle as I have to take Uber back home or ask a family member to pick me up and then drop me back off at the dealership), I was quoted nearly double of what I was told over the phone. Upon my questioning the representative arrogantly replied, "it was just an estimate". They wasted my time. In my opinion, estimates should be within a reasonable range of the actual future cost. As a construction estimator, if I was off on my estimate by a 90% I would be fired.

I took my car for inspection, oil change, and rotation and yet few months later my truck stood with out break pads to the point where metal to metal was what was left . The miles on my truck are almost the same from my last service and the amount of miles use should not had wasted the pads that fast wich they installed kI would not recommend anyone because they do not inspect the truck correctly

Car was brought in for a FREE wheel alignment inspection, and a rattle in the passenger rear. After 2 hours car was returned and we were handed a 300.00 bill! To get my car back we had to pay the bill. They did not bring me my car or tell me where it was. I had to walk around the dealership lot to find it tucked behind another truck. Terrible service and a real bait and switch operation. Not sure what has happened to this dealership as they used to be very good, but not going back!! Park City Ford, your service has really dropped!

Second time I went there to look at cars. My wife was going too trade hers in and never heard back. I wanted to trade mine in. I think I mentioned i was just going to pay for it. We both walked out never heard back. We looked at other Broncos. In the long run Danbury was amazing. Pat was great. BPT seems to want to money form financing.

This establishment is very unprofessional. The service department is rude from the service advisors to Joe the service manager. They hold no accountability, laugh in your face and will not correct issues they create. I recommend every stay clear and go elsewhere. They will quote you one price but charge you at a higher cost. This is after not obtaining approval. They also can not explain why and will charge you a ridiculous amount for labor that was not necessary to begin with.

I had the worst customer service experience at the parts department. There are two counter guys, and one of them is incredibly rude. I asked for a valve cover for my F150, which I know they stock. After a phone conversation, he didn’t understand me even after I repeated myself over three times. He had a smart remark asking me if I was speaking English I even told him ( if I’m not speaking English what language you think I’m speaking with you ) after I speeled out the name of the account he fake that he went on the shelf to check for the part and told me that was sold. Which he lied because I have to go through a third party company to get the part I wanted FROM THEM, Which he “had sold” He should have fired him for his lack of customer skills. It’s not the first time I had a problem getting parts at this dealer PARK CITY FORD DO BETTER YOU ARE LOOSING CUSTOMER
