One of the few places to wash a convertible in this town. I had an issue on 2 occasions, 1 with a semi-aggressive panhandler and the other was the loss of about $3 in quarters due to a malfunction…but that’s 2 out of at least 100 visits so it’s par for the course.

Went to wash my truck today in a self service bay. Tried to use presoak and it didn't work, then after washing i tried to use the foam wax. Hose was disconnected up top then the spot free rinse didn't work either. What a waste.

I wash my car here regularly and usually don't have problems but today I put my money in and the pre-rinse power spray Stopped working before.I could even pre- rinse my car! Of course. I put my last $5 in and was not able to get any money back.No one was on-site.No one answered the telephone for comments and questions.I am very disappointed very pissed off.Very poor service don't go here

There was absolutely no soap when choosing the soap option on the dial. The water was cold the whole time. Also the air blower didn’t work. There was a phone number to text if problems, but no response. Not recommended.

Good power wash for your vehicle. I prefer my own hand wash, but it employs people and if you can afford it, and want your vehicle detailed, Monroe street is a great one.

This car wash is seriously not only the cheapest and price but has the most selection of accessories I've ever seen at any car wash in Spokane not only that the customer service here is they go above and beyond and when I see above and beyond I mean it they're very nice there's a problem with the door being frozen to the automatic car wash and not only did they drive right down here to help me within minutes they went above and beyond to make up for it and these days you don't find businesses that actually care in this business cares and I will be suggesting all my friends and family and anybody else out there I promise you you will not regret coming to this carwash it's amazing and the prices are great with everything I will never be going to another car wash ever again except this one :-)

Went here the first time today. Chose the $11 wash. Was going good until i got home and realised that the back of my car didnt even get touched by the soap or sprayers, and is still dirty. Bmw x5 was the vehicle, so be mindful if you have an suv.

Touchless car Wash works pretty good. The benefit is you to free vacuum token to vacuum your car out. It also has nice days if you want manually wash your car and also vending machine for very inexpensively you can get products to take care of your car like wipes or tire cleaner. Also the largest selection of air freshener I've ever seen pretty easy to get in and out of. Driving vise. Possibly even big enough for large RVs to pull into

I haven't been in a while. I'm so disappointed. The wash itself didn't have the protection seal coming out of the nozzles. The vaccines were a waste because there wasn't much suction. The trash of others was all above the trashcan. I'm saddened. I hope it'll improve soon.

You have the option to pay using your debit card, I swiped my debit card ONE TIMR, It started the machine. I just saw what I was charged, I was charged 24.00 and then charged again for 10.00. So I n was charged a total of 34.00, when I should have been. Only charged 3.25 only, so they car wash over charged 30.75. WOW. If I was to use someone's debit card for a extra 30.75 I could be charged with credit card theft, This is unacceptable in many ways. I could have taken my car Mister Car wash and got a better car wash for alot cheaper P

This place had no coin machines that worked, and the automatic car wash did not wash my car at all. In fact it made it way worse. The wax that was put on my car left a weird residue that actually locked in all the dust and my tires looked horrible after it was all said and done. I went here late one night and there was all sorts of activity going on around here. Only plus side is their vacuums work amazing, other than that don't waste your money! 1 star.

I've been coming to the Monroe Street Power Wash for several months now and have always had a great experience using their self-serve stalls. The equipment is easy to use, straight forward, and reliable. Recently, I noticed that they upgraded and fixed some of the pressure washer nozzles so the stream of water is much more powerful. One of the stalls was out of order for a few months, but that seems to now be fixed as well. They used to play Bob FM over the speakers which made my mornings a little more fun. They've stopped doing that unfortunately, but hopefully the music will be back eventually, maybe it was a summer thing. Glad to support a local business! Great location as well, very convenient. I always see several people coming through either the automatic car wash or the stalls.
