Many red flags throughout my experience with Moore and Robinson on Cantrell. Starting off, I was quoted one price for an axle replacement which is what led me to this place. When I got there, the man told me that's not the correct quote but agreed to check with the other person who does quotes. I dropped my car. The next morning, expecting some sort of follow up on this, I called 3 hours after opening. They said my car was getting worked on and that they would honor the price; fine, but would've been nice to confirm with me. Later that afternoon, no update on my car. I again call myself, and they simply say "yeah, it's done." When I pick up the car that evening, I mention that I never received a call. He says my mechanic was working on a girlfriend's car all day so was distracted. Good to know this place prioritizes personal issues over professional ones. I asked the man what kind of axle they put it, and he said "A1 Cardone." This was an outright lie, as they put in an Import Direct part. When I got in my car, there was grease on the headrest and the interior door handle. Shortly after leaving I noticed a metallic sound coming from the new axle side. I called the following morning and spoke to a nice gentleman, Shane I believe, who told me to bring it back in around noon and it's likely the backing plate which would take 5 minutes to fix. Great! I came and I was in and out quickly. However as I continued driving, the screeching remained. I had my boyfriend call to better explain the situation. Instead of sympathizing and offering a remedy, the man became extremely hostile and stated "these accusations are getting ridiculous" and aggressively invited us to come look at everything with him, to prove there was nothing wrong. Even after getting yelled at, we asked to speak with the nicer gentleman, who unfortunately wasn't there. I was completely incredulous and shaken. Never has an auto repair shop been so aggressive and defensive! This is absolutely no way to treat people, customer or otherwise. It is not a lot to ask a shop to investigate a new noise after a part was newly installed by them. If that is an accusation, Moore and Robinson is clearly insecure about their work. We ended up taking the car to another place later that day, who fixed the noise within 5 minutes. Turned out it was the backing plate AGAIN. Absolutely no noise since. Will never come here again, and neither will my colleagues who encouraged me to review this place. Hope this helps save someone the trouble!

Called and spoke with someone who told me they could swap out two tires if I was there by four. Had my towed to this location was there at four and stood in the lobby for 20 minutes before anyone came to the front. The man tells me he has been the only answering phones and I didn’t call. Showed him my phone log which he then tells me that they close at 430 not 5 and he didn’t have time to do it in ten mins. Now my car is stuck till Monday. I’ll call someone to change out the tires in their parking lot before I give them a penny.

I have never had my car worked on by these guys, but when I called today about bringing my car in, Barry was able to diagnose my problem over the phone for free as a bad catalytic converter and recommended I go straight to a muffler shop. I was impressed and very pleased to find someone so competent and honest, and I can only imagine that they do great work. I will keep them in mind for future auto repair needs.

Every time we've been here, it's been a good experience for us. We feel like we get honest service , because unless there is something they really believe needs to be done to our vehicles, they won't suggest doing it. Several times they've taken a look at our cars and didn't charge us anything because there was nothing that needed to be done. Highly recommend if you want somewhere you can trust to do what's best for you, not just what's best for them.

One of my tires developed a slow leak late Friday, and my dash power outlet blew a fuse. I dropped it off Saturday morning, they found and fixed the leak in my tire, replaced the fuse and had it my truck ready to pick up in short order. Jay, who scheduled the work and called me when it was completed, was professional and courteous. Their virus protocol was satisfactory.

Moore & Robinson went above and beyond for our family. Everyone in the shop showed their true colors. One drove around town to find the tires that best suited our travel trailer, another gave us a discount for the wait and all were kind in front of our children. Their honesty in providing us with tires that were actually rated for our trailer to keep our family safe and off the side of the road will forever be appreciated. They worked hard to accommodate our difficult situation, didn’t have us unhitch our trailer, and didn’t stop until the job was done. We couldn’t be more pleased with these men and their workmanship.

This location really missed an opportunity to help us with making sure we were safe on our day trip to Little Rock. We tried to miss some debris in our lane of of road. We immediately felt like we had picked up something in our tire but didn’t know what. Just down the road was this Goodyear store. All we wanted was for them to check it but they refused.

They will not do you wrong at Moore & Robinson on Cantrell! I had a number of car troubles. They approached the tasks with professionalism. They didn't charge me until they figured out what was wrong and fixed it completely. Prices were very fair! Thank you for all of your help and caring attitudes!!! Will always be my first call.

Great location great prices on tires. I like getting my tires here and having them rotated when I get an oil changed. It would be a five stars if it was just a little faster. Every time I come for a tire rotation and oil change it takes about 2 and 1/2 hours.

I use Moore & Robinson for all my cars service needs. I have never had anything other than top service from them. One time I went in because I was told elsewhere that I needed 2 new tires. I was pleasantly surprised when after I said, "I'm here because I need at least 2 new tires" I was told that all I needed was some air and maybe rotation. They could have sold 3 or 4 new tires that day - but they didn't. They did sell them when I actually needed them though. I trust my car servicing needs exclusively to these guys. More than once I have left with my car not needing anything at all. You guys have me as a life-time customer and I recommend you to all my friends. Thanks!!!!

Wish I could give zero. Do not go here can’t even mount a tire. Went in with 2 tires needing to be put on and they scratched my rim all to hell. Complete joke.

I’m surprised they have any good reviews. Was quoted $700 dollars to replace the front and back brakes. Took it somewhere else and I absolutely didn’t need any brakes replaced If you choose to be ripped off by them be sure to go back and check their work because they BARELY put my lug nuts back on 2 tires. I’m lucky they didn’t ruin my car or cause me harm. And lucky they didn’t rob me.

I have gone to the Cantrell location for 27 years but it only took one interaction with their "manager", Tyler, to ensure I will never go back. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a new tire but arrived 5 hours later to pick it up only to be told my car would now not start and I needed a battery. He couldn't comprehend why a customer would take issue to their car being in worse shape picking it up than when it was dropped off and totally lost his cool, using profanity and calling me names I won't repeat here. Considering he displayed a complete lack of understanding how modern day cars work, he probably saved me from being ripped off by him again in the future. I have never seen such pathetic customer service representation and unfortunately will have to find a new mechanic. I must stress that this issue is solely due to Tyler and shouldn't reflect upon Shane or the rest of the team, as they can be trusted to fix your car properly and for a good price.

Excellent service! Excellent work! I went with a flat tire in the back of my 4Runner with the spare tire on. They not only replaced my tire but they put my spare back under my car, which they by no means had to do! I greatly appreciate that small, yet large, extra step!

Called to get an oil change. Scheduled an appointment for next day with Tyler, mid morning 9-10. He said they get very busy around lunch and after. They got me right in. Guy at counter was very nice. Can’t remember all of their names. Carson did the oil change, and he was very good, and polite. I highly recommend the location on Cantrell I went to. They seem to care about their customers. Will definitely go back to them if I need any service on my car.

Moore and Robinson on Cantrell is a bright spot in my life. I've had my 2003 Camry cared for there since 2017, which is now six years, and every visit has been a pleasure. The desk staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the auto technicians are competent, pleasant, and service-oriented. Often this location is under terrific demand as a result, so on occasion, one must wait to be seen. However, on the whole, service is remarkably swift. The prices are reasonable. Also, in between visits, customers are allowed to drop by and have the tire pressure checked and corrected, if necessary. They also check fluid levels for free in between visits for established customers. All in all, I would say I adore this place.

just left Moore Robinson on Cantrell, had a flat tire and Tristan advise me. I just couldn’t drive on it the way it was and he was going to change the tire for me until I could get a new one ordered. He was as kind as could be, did not charge me a thing and truly help me save my Saturday to do all the things I have to. He made a customer of me for life. Thanks, Tristan.

On November 20th 2024 I stopped by More & Robinson, because my tire kept losing air throughout the day. when I get there, it was at 19 psi. The customer service advisor told me that he could get me in to get it looked at around noon tomorrow. I asked him if I could get air to get to where I was going and he said certainly. I’ll let the guys know in the back that you are coming. You can pull up to Bay 3. I pulled to the back and rolled down my passenger window down just in case they needed to direct me somewhere else. I sat and waited from about 5:17 to 6:00 PM. The Workers in the bay looked at me on several occasions and completely ignored me. When 5:57 hit they turned off all the lights and closed the bay doors. By that time I was on the phone with the owner of my company, letting him know what was going on. He called and got a hold of the service advisor and explained the situation. The service advisor told my boss that he would come out and take care of it himself. No one ever came. I siat there till 6:43 PM before I ended up calling my boss and leaving. Luckily, I made it to a gas station that had air. Hopefully my tire is not flat in the morning. I wish I knew the workers name that worked in the bay. Every time I come there, he always has an attitude. That is a bad look for the company.

some of the shittiest engine work i’ve seen in a while. created more issues than solved - various missing bolts, too many broken electrical connectors, microfiber cloth debris found around valve covers, and a shiny new cel due to another broken electrical connector :) the techs who worked on my vehicle obviously rushed their work with no regard to how well the job was when completed

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took it in for a simple alignment after getting my front end rebuilt my husband dropped me off they charged us and said everything was fine. It wasn’t until I tried to back up and my inner tie (one of part’s they had to turn to do an alignment became) disconnected from the rack and pinion (because as the mechanic was turning it to get the camber in spec it was moving further and further out because it was coming out of the rack and pinion instead of moving in) and my tire wouldn’t move the direction I turned now. I got out of the car and went inside that’s when the technician said he actually could t get it to spec and the alignment I just paid for was pointless. Furthermore they began to tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong with it and that it’s whoever put the parts on the cars fault but not one technician went out to look at it even tho it was blocking half of there parking lot. My husband the person who installed everything to begin with was able to fix it in 30 mins after we towed it home. They refused to take responsibility of what happened. If I had made it 20 more feet and onto Cantrell and I lost steering I could have been killed. The owner has refused to call me about the situation despite me calling up to the business multiple times. Midas was able to align it no problems
