Firstly, it advertises as no smoking... Absolutely not! The room smelled so strong like someone had just smoked in the room (people smoking outside everywhere, so not a non-smoking facility whatsoever). The floors are not carpeted, the lights didn't work via the light switches - had to turn the light bulbs to get light, there seemed to be a party in the parking lot until 1am, the grounds were very dirty - trash cans overflowing. The positives: location of this Motel 6 is great if you are looking for a quick stop along 505 and the price wasn't horrible.

Trash, absolute trash, I stay in hotels on business frequently, and this is the first time I have been so thoroughly disappointed with a hotel. The front desk was nice enough. But the room was disgusting, smelled heavily of cigarettes even though I selected a non-smoking room, they obviously don't enforce their non-smoking policy. Cigarette burns on the bed spread, no water pressure in the shower, no hot water. At this point, they should have paid me to stay there. It's absolutely terrible.

Did not honor my military discount when I checked in a day earlier from my reservation, my reservation accepted my discount. Bathroom shower could use a scrubbing filthy looks like it has not but cleaned in a month. This is the worst motel 6 I have been too do not recommend

The front office staff during the night shift was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the morning staff at the front office is extremely rude. I had called the office about 10:45am and had asked if I could checkout no later than 11:20 (20 minutes past checkout time). With a huge attitude, he stated, “NO! Checkout is 11am. Do not leave late!” And hung up. So you feel you have the privilege to rudely yell at the customers who keep your bills paid for kindly asking to checkout 20 minutes late, yet you dont feel obligated to ensure your rooms are in full working order, have no boogers or spit dried up on the walls, the floors arent sticky and covered in dirt. You dont feel obligated to ensure the shower curtains arent moldy and dont have a strong urine smell. You dont feel as though youre required to ensure your housekeeping team removed all drug paraphernalia from the room prior to declaring the room check-in ready!? But you feel you have the right to yell at a paying customer who owns an automotive repair shop literally two streets over from your business? I understand that your location rents mostly to drug addicts however, that does NOT give you the right to speak to all or any of your guests as though we aren’t the reason your business is still operating!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent three-day stay at the Motel 6 in Vacaville, CA. Despite my respectful behavior and efforts to keep my area clean, I encountered several issues with my room.
The bathroom sink was leaking, the sheets were filthy, and the shower was dirty. I also saw cockroaches in the room. I want to emphasize that these issues were present before my arrival and were not caused by me.
Unfortunately, my stay was further marred by an incident involving the owner. He became aggressive and confrontational when my husband brought me two cups of ice. The owner kicked the cups out of my hands, almost falling in the process. When I laughed in shock, he jumped in my face, causing me to have a panic attack.
As someone who has experienced domestic violence and has PTSD, I was deeply disturbed by this encounter. I believe that I did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect and aggression, especially considering my efforts to be respectful and courteous during my stay.
I hope that you will take my complaints seriously and take necessary actions to address these issues.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. There was no microwave. There was no refrigerator so we had to eat cold food over the weekend. The only hot food we had was at the restaurant that was in the same parking lot of the motel. That was the only good thing about it. It was dirty inside it smelled like smoke, my wife and I did not feel safe there was people hanging around outside but their rooms open smoking and drinking. We will not come back. We stayed at Motel 6 before in different locations that was clean and nice. We never had an issue until this one. The one in Vacaville off of Lawrence had to be the worst.

Seems like a great spot unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances I missed my reservation. Although a no refund policy was in place had I not booked using Booking.com the manager was going to make an exception due to my vehicle getting a flat that lead to 1 day delay only 20 miles from them. Management is very receptive and willing to help if possible. Booking.com reminds me of the corrupt politician type who even though an exception was going to be allowed it was not possible to get an actual person from booking to confirm the exception. Instead an arbitration and the form to begin that arbitration is so exacting in how it must be submitted it made dme feel as if I were battling in the supreme courts. Except the formalities are less personal dealing with Booking.com surprisingly enough. I would definitely book a stay here just not through booking which I had no idea it highjacked my Google search so I would block booking.com before filling out any online stays at any hotels. The people at this Motel 6 are great though.

I stayed here a few times and there was bugs crawling everywhere. Full adult and baby cockroaches. There’s cracks in the bottom of the door. The beds are basically a box spring.. like a $30 mattress. I would not recommend staying here. Also inconvenient location, and a bit pricey. Not only that but the staff don’t clean daily, when they did they just replaced towels. When I stayed there the front desk staff didn’t speak English. There’s way better options in town :)

Positive: Location Negative: The mattress was very old with a huge divot when I sat on the bed making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. For a non-smoking room it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The pool was green and unusable.

I wish I would have read the reviews before stopping. At this point of my trip I had been traveling for three days and I was ready to lay on a nice clean comfy bed . What I paid for was the complete opposite. I asked for a refund and left. I would like to say the night shift attendant was nice and offered a different room that I declined . Thanks anyway.

The room was absolutely disgusting! I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. The “deluxe double room is two beds added into what should be a single room and they put a fridge in there.. old food of whatever it was on the side of the bedside table. The second bed is literally touching the air conditioner that is dirty and dusty and has someone old toothbrush in it. I didn’t even get a picture of the hair in the bathroom and the smushed bug on back of the door. Even as a last resort I’d rather sleep in my car next time than to waist 100 dollars. I was two scared to even sleep under t covers.

Stayed for about a week. There some folks who are always working on or around their cars in the parking lot on the rear of the establishment. Upon my arrival, I observed some individuals, watching me and sporadically through my stay approached me or my family. Very uncomfortable. Had family pick up my vehicle at night because did not feel safe leaving my vehicle unattended.
In the room, the handle in the shower was loose. Shower drain was dirty and there were faint yellow stains on one of the towels. The headboard to my bed was unsecured. One night, I laid my head back which bumped the headboard. The headboard fell and I hit my head on the metal mounting bracket.
People are always walking though the complex and for the amenities provided, I severely overpaid. If you value your safety, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We got a none smoking room and not only did it smell like smoke there was cigarette ash on the air conditioner unit. Someone had stuck toilet paper to the peephole on the inside of the door. The pool which we had specifically called and asked about was closed and had been closed. Last but not least missing smoke detector. Called and talked to the desk and they couldn’t help and gave the owners number and they did not answer and never got back to us.

No hot water, washer has never worked in the last 2 months, ice machine broken over 2 weeks, commode messed up took over 3 weeks to fix. Had to go outside during the middle of the night to another room to use bathroom. At one point 4 rooms out of the 5/6 rooms had messed up toilets. Very strongly would not recommend at all.

The room has a huge hole in the wall and it seems like someone previously in this room poked a hole through the bathroom door as well. Aside from the defects in the room, the staff is mild mannered and the smell of the Indian restaurant (The Clay Oven) is amazing!!!!

It's a great place to stay if you can't afford hotel deposits an are not looking for updated innovative style of hotel you definitely only get what you pay for an this is the cheapest hotel in the market.

Roaches, spiders, pincher bugs, flying bugs you name it. Might as well have slept outside. This is ashna I always come here like every weekend and they know me. I always make a reservation and the first time I came here it was beautiful I was in room 130 something it was the only room that had been renovated everything was brand new and ever since I came back apparently that room is never available and I got it for that price because nothing else was available. Second time was cool at least they dont have bed bugs....right? Once I stayed upstairs and there was dog hair all over the bed when I lifted the sheets up. He traded me rooms no problem That's why always check your sheets. I saw a roach eating some crumbs i had dropped and was like ok this was at 3 am I texted and called the office no answer. I said ok maybe its just one then I woke up at 5 am out my sleep panicking cause there was one crawling on my shoulder. I went in the office and he said he cant do nothing about it because I was already there for too long. I could have still slept for another 6 hours but no I cant sleep with roaches crawling on me

Yeah I bet so yall can say I stayed the whole night I had to waste my whole pizza that was 40 dollars. They couldn't give me 30 back at least for breakfast since I couldn't eat my dinner? I won't be returning here. Its worth it to just pay a deposit somewhere nicer. Took a shower and left my only day off and I could have slept in but im waking up at 3 am and 5 am oh and almost all the beds are broken and sink in in the middle.
And a big ol black widow was right next to my pillow. Pincher bugs in the bathroom
