Ridiculous you can't use a charge card to pay for wash. They expect you to park at carwash entrance run into the store and pay then back to wash where everyone is wondering where you went while you held up the line!!! I left!!

Dr pepper was nasty for two days in a row, I complained and well hopefuly they will change it. But they are not like Kwik Trip... I wasted my money for the first drink as it was nasty wasted drink.... Next time I will bring it in for a refund even if it sits in teh car all day. because I cant go to a motomart in Madison.

Please hire more friendly employees!! My sister and i walked in and did not get greeted at all, went to check out and stood at the six feet apart sign AND we still did not get greeted. Instead she rudely signaled us to come up and STILL did not say a word or smile. The whole interaction was just very uncomfortable and rude. She didnāt ask if we wanted our receipt or a bag for our chips. This employee was a elderly white women, short grey hair, and glasses. We came in around 10:00 on a Saturday, June 27th. Iāve never had a problem with Moto Mart until now. This is why Kwik Trip is better.

I love this gas station since itās so close to me but the old lady working tonight was insanely rude to me and ended up making me cry in my car due to saying i looked nothing like my ID picture. iām sorry i gained weight since 18 years old and iām insanely insecure about it but you donāt have to mention anything about my picture? just look at my birthday and go on with life. Insanely unprofessional and will not be going there anymore and will go out of my way to other gas stations.

Almost as nice as kwik trip. They have little Debbie snacks that KT does not. Free soda w/ 8 gal fill up, but no chip reader at pump. Lost a star for that.

The pump at the north-west corner couldn't ground to my car so it wouldn't flow gas for more than a second or two. I managed a couple gallons before giving up. The car wash was laughable. Could they afford more than 15 seconds of air to dry my car? Skip this place and hit up Fleet. Same prices even before the 4c/gal deal and they have a deal on the wash when you get gas.
