I had an outstanding experience with JDR Automotive! I brought in my first vehicle for an oil change and mentioned a rattling noise. They diagnosed the issue right away, asked permission to fix it, changed the oil immediately, and had my car back to me in no time. The team was friendly and efficient throughout the process. Next, I brought in our van for a simple oil change, and they went above and beyond. They noticed a slash in one of the front tires and that all the tires had low tread. They suggested I replace at least two tires but never used any high-pressure sales tactics. I ultimately decided to replace all four tires, and they got the job done quickly and professionally. What really stood out was their communication—especially with my family heading to a concert in Milwaukee. They kept me informed of the best options and made sure everything was ready in time. JDR Automotive is absolutely amazing. Sam the service advisor took his time with everything to help make everything perfect. We had my daughter‘s car in at Bergstrom for a bad cylinder and they quoted us as needing a whole new motor for 16k then we wanted a second opinion and had the car towed to JDR. Let me tell you this place is unbelievably 100% about the customer, I would recommend this place to everyone. . we saved a ton of money making this choice. Sam also took his time with the extended warranty company I had and he worked with them until things were perfect. Again best Automotive place I have ever been to.
