Awesome repair shop. When Ron prepared the estimate to fix my encounter with a "deer", he explained all the possible under lying issues once the visible broken parts were removed. As it turned out there were only two, and one was a simple repair instead of an expensive replacement. The repairs were completed on time. I took my car in to Goss to get the back drivers side door replaced after a small accident bent the door. They were really great with setting up a time very quickly for a free estimate, the price was easily $2000 lower than another place I’d looked at, they were thankfully able to squeeze me in right after the Christmas holiday, and the door they got looks GREAT! You’d never know anything had happened! Terrific service, excellent work! I would definitely recommend Goss!

I'd highly recommend Goss Auto Body. Paul Osborne was exceptional to work with. He not only kept me informed during the process, but sent reminders before my appointment and checked in after the work was done. I expect a certain level of customer service, but he exceeded my expectations. I want to thank the entire staff who worked on my car and the service manager who went above and beyond to drive to Green Bay on Friday to get a headlight for my car vs. wait until Monday for the part to arrive so we could have our car for the weekend. I could not have been more impressed! Great job!!!

I have never experienced such fantastic customer service At 64 I was in my first accident which thankfully was not my fault and no one was hurt, but having been recently widowed was unsure of any procedures . Goss, particularly Nicky, guided me clearly with the entire process. She continually kept me updated in a very pleasant manner. I guess I should mention the repairs which were extensive, my vehicle looks and drives better than ever! I can't thankyou all enough!

The car looked great when I first got it out of the shop, the paint job is amazing and it was a quick fix after my accident. I took it home and gave it a good wash cause i thought it was covered in salt... but it wasn't, they didn't take the time to make sure my stuff was covered.. my car is white, I've got black rims and a black front grille. They didn't take the time to cover most of it up, they oversprayed onto my rims and oversprayed on my front grille. PLEASE! For the love of God, double check its covered.. I get you're doing tons of cars all day, but make sure your mechanics are properly covering my things.
