Great experience here, I had leather seats put in my '16 Rav-4 about a month ago and am very pleased, they did an excellent job, it is good quality and looks like the manufacturer. This was a better option for me rather than buying the higher trim package that comes with leather seats. I am from out of town and they were able to get me in quick and let me know ahead of time when it would be done. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Asked that he install a spoiler on my car. I ordered it online, and paid for the labor to have it installed. That doesn't sound like a big deal, but most places won't do it unless you order the part from them. He also installed my remote start. Their prices are great and everything they do is warrantied. Will use them again!

I got heated seats installed on my Honda Civic here. I was having some issues with the driver's seat being inconsistent with the heating (very hot, to hardly warm, etc). I called and they were extremely professional and customer oriented. He assured me he could easily replace the seat warmer and also add an additional layer of fabric since Civics have a thinner layer within the seat than most cars. Great customer service, and I think the issue has been resolved with the new warmer.

I have a C7 Corvette and the center console armrest, which is notorious for the wrinkling from the pressure of resting my elbow on it needed repair. I dropped it off to Jack on a Monday and he had it done by closing the next day. I went up on Wednesday morning to pick it up and to my surprise Jack said the guys were able to repair it while costing me one third of the estimated cost for repair. The repair was corrected how it should have come from the factory. Very friendly staff , professional workmanship and honest and fair price. Definitely will return my business in the future.

Excellent work! I had my headliner replaced in my 2008 Porsche Cayman S. They did an exclusive job. Done in four hours. I could have waited but had to travel for business for a few days. They were kind enough to pull my car in overnight until I could pick it up. $800, but worth it.

I brought my 1948 fleetwood limousine to have the interior finish work installed. Another upholstery place in Fond du lac They did a wonderful job, now it all had to be attached to the car The previous guy sewed the headliners and door panels and built the seats etc .There was no materials involved only installation.. Only a verbal estimate of 6500.00 was given,, Several days went by,, The tech started the work then left for 4 days.. The time element was not an issue but in several days, Jack stated that the work was going to be too difficult and either more money would have to be charged or less work. Bear in mind,, the tech was absent 4 days...As time went on certain problems arose,, Where the headliner met the sail panels had a perimeter of staples showing, The tech sent us a picture and asked what should he do about it? I went down there and they had picked out a 3/4 band of plastic "hide em to cover the staples, I explained that there was Z-metal that the headliner can be tucked into and no staples will show (This is elementary) They gave me my car back with quarter turned fabric and wrinkles and loose fabric on the sail panels.. (see pictures) This is a strictly cash business with only hand written generic receipts (at least in my case) I gave them a few days to co0me to my house and fix the troubles they did come a day then took 2 weeks off,, I could see that this work will never be correct, so I threw them out .. I asked for half my money back but was ignored

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I never thought in a million years my issues would have been from mice chewing a hole in my drain plug from my sunroof and chewing my wiring for me to lose the interior lights and making their nest right above my head inside the liner. They walked me through every issue and made me feel like I wasn’t crazy. The service was outstanding and I will definitely go back to them in the future for any other issues that arise. The photo shows the nest that they made. I also now know how to help deter them critters from trying to do this again.
