★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever taken my vehicle. My vehicle needed an alignment and had issues accelerating so I took it in. They charged me a diagnostic fee and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, said they needed to do “further testing”. I didn’t believe them so after leaving, I had someone else look at my vehicle and within 5 minutes they knew the issue was the coil packs. They also didn’t do the alignment (but said they did and charged me) because it drove the exact same and they never gave me the alignment paperwork. I paid about $400 for literally nothing. Absolutely useless and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

★★★★★ Dustin is a friendly and honest service advisor. The mechanics do good work. Great team and friendly atmosphere at the Menasha location. I have had an alignment, new front brake pads and rotors and a CV axle boot replacement in the last few months. The team explained detailed pictures that were taken of my vehicle in regards to repairs that were done and repairs/maintenance that should be considered in the future with no gimmicky sales tactics. They offer fair market labor, it is not the cheapest possible prices in the area however you get what you pay for when it comes to good auto repair and maintenance. Van Zeeland's doesn't overcharge and throw miscellaneous fees that were never agreed upon; which is what I have had experience with at other shops. After getting my brake pads and rotors replaced I had an issue with my brake pads squeaking after new brake pads were installed. Van Zeeland's had no issue warrantying it out and getting things to where I was 100% satisfied. Keep up the good work Van Zeeland's team and thank you for the excellent service that brings myself and many alike back.

So, I did and have nothing but good things to say about the service. I have had many oil changes, new tires, tire repairs, and my front and rear brakes serviced. 100% happy with the service.
