I just got my driver's side front window replaced here and I am SO happy. I called them around noon today, they got the part in super quickly, and I was able to go there for installation at 2:30pm. They were SO kind and careful and super fast, and their pricing is very affordable. All the techs were very knowledgeable and the owner works right there on premises as well. It's a convenient location and easy to find, which is also a bonus. If anything happens to my car windows again ill know where to go :-)

They replaced my windshield- Crooked. When I took the blue tape off noticed bottom driver side and top passenger side were not flush with the frame. had small gaps, black glue on my car, and the rubber seal was unevenly sticking out. I took it back and they said ‘we try to make it as straight as possible’ and it’s only “a few centimeters off”. He said they would have to break the entire windshield to re-do it, and refused to fix it. Price was good, but as the saying goes: You get what you pay for. I had 2 people I initially told to take their cars, but had to recommend they go elsewhere after my bad experience. I wish I had gone to SafeLite like they did. I cannot recommend MCAG due to their poor workmanship and bad customer service.

I had my Ram 1500 vandalized. They broke the driver’s rear glass. My insurance company connected me to Safelite Solutions, a division of Safelite. I knew I had to pay for this repair out of my own pocket. The day after the incident, I called Safelite Solutions for an estimate and they said it would be around $160, but they said the driver would have the most up to date price. The next day, I received a written quote from Safelite and it was $176 dollars, but just a few minutes before the driver showed up, the price unexpectedly and inexplicably went up to $491. I called Safelite and they could not tell me why there was such a drastic price difference. I call this bait and switch on customers that are vulnerable. I will be filing a complaint against Safelite with the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and the BBB. I called Motor City Auto Glass and spoke with Chris. They replaced my glass for $140. No games. No bait and switch. And I went to them and I was out within half an hour! I highly recommend this shop for affordable, fast, and friendly glass repair as well as window regulator repair. Thank you Chris! And Happy Holidays!

My ex suffers from mental, emotional health challenges & disparities; decided to smash the the driver side door glass on my rental car. The rental insurance on the vehicle didn't cover glass damage. I used to work for Safelite Auto Glass, so I knew their out of pocket cost for parts & labor would be more than I could afford to pay at the moment. Rumors on the streets were "go to Motor City Auto Glass & they'll hook you up for a real great price". So I called Motor City Auto Glass, spoke to Chris over the phone & he quoted me a price I couldn't refuse. I pulled up to have the glass replaced & the guys at the shop were done with the repair within 45 minutes to an hour, tops. I'm not absolutely certain if glass repair technician certification is offered here, however Chris mentioned they host training as well, so inquire if you're interested.
