I took a dump trailer to Motor City on February 8 , 2019 for a broken leaf spring mount which puts me out of business until it gets fixed . I received a call from Chris a couple hours later saying it’s fixed and ready , and I’m able to finish my days work . I couldn’t be more impressed with their work and customer service . Inexperienced and over priced. You can pretend you have no record but I do, I fave you one star, but I can skso post pictures of the job you did and the receipt for services, which was highway robbery. ELITE TRANSPORTATION ACQUISITONS Inc. Dba Pride of America transport. It took 2 weeks to change out oem headlights out and replace with custom ones the we brought yo your shop with almost the components, as well as a Texas bumper for my peterbilt. When I finally picked it up I hadn't even left the property and my new $450 led bulb fell out the new chrome housing, because it wasn't mounted properly and my bill for 2 headlights which didn't require wiring and chrome Texas bumper mount was $2,300.. for mounting a bumper with 4 bolts . No other shop tools used and they didn't buy the parts , I did. I bet you can recall now Chris

I took my trailer down in may to be quoted on damages I had done. They had trailer for 3 weeks. They said they sent the request of getting quote from the actual dealer the trailer was manufactured by. Month in half went by with 3 calls in that time frame. They say still waiting on quote. Waiting another 2 weeks They come back with oh we have to reopen the quote and resend it all They were waiting on was the awning quote. Now it's August I filly called the manufacture and asked about the quote they pull up Vin and no quote was submitted to them. Very disappointed in this company and just gave us run around every time I asked about he quote.

Recently had repairs performed on an older model Custom horse trailer - difficult to obtain parts & 1 off build with unique components. Motor City Truck Collision quickly diagnosed the problems, found parts and repaired for a fair price. They also stayed late to get it done so we could get to horse show the next morning! I took my RV to repaint the front end since GM painting were defective. I discussed my issues with the service manager (Jim). He explained to me in detail why painting on my RV is flaking and how they would fix it at the most reasonable price. When I took my RV he told me when I can expect it back and they had my vehicle ready on time and they did an excellent job. I am very happy with the quality of their work and my vehicle looks new. But what was even more impressive to me was Jim’s attitude and willingness to go well beyond average customer service. He is a very kind, personable, straight forward, honest man with fantastic sense of humor. I can say if I have any Body issues with any of my cars or trucks I will definitely take it to them even though I live in canton and not close to them. I got the best service from them with very friendly attitude. They are definitely five stars to me.

During a very stressful time after a freak accident smashed the hood of our truck in a carwash, they kept us informed every step of the way and made sure every part replaced was of the best quality. I had brake work done. And they didn't do what they said they were gonna do. And they would not honor the work that they did. The owner did not care About taking care of the customer. I tried. Getting them to fix my problem.And they wanted to charge me more.Money isn't that nice

Motor City Collision repaired extreme damage to the bottom road side of my 2000 Monoco Coach. I had made a left hand turn into a concrete slab that used to support a light pole hidden in tall grass. I was in a tight situation and did not practice GOAL(get out and look). Anyway, I crushed the bottom of four bay doors so bad that it popped the rivets of the hinge's and bent the aqua hot exhaust all the way to the rear tires. Broke two latches also. They went above and beyond to repair the damage professionally in a timely manner. Even touching up stone chips and other defects to the coach after many years of use. When I picked it up, I was amazed at how much better and NEW it looked. Awesome repair work they did. Hats off to Jim, Kevin, and Paul. Highly recommend . Very satisfied customer from SE Michigan.
