Called this morning to see if he could press 4 wrist pins into connecting rods. He says sure. I come down from the far north side at 1:30 in the afternoon (late lunch) to drop them off. Machine shop windows are open, nothing is running, the shop and office doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. I guess you don't need my work.

To respond to Ms. Infalts complaints. Vehicle was repaired in February of 2017. Complaint was listed in January 2020. Warranties are always honored at Motor Service. Almost three years later she says "attempted repair resulted in failure" WOW! Please have your tires rotated elsewhere!

Quite possibly the worst service that we've ever received from a so-called "certified" mechanic. Did not provide a written warranty that was promised or stand behind his work. Did not provide refund when attempted repair resulted in failure. Did not call with updates. Often sat on personal calls while we and other customers stood waiting. We wouldn't hire Dan to rotate our tires. He's obviously in WAY over his head. It's a shame that one star is the minimum rating.
