Drove up there from Atlanta this past weekend to purchase my dream motorcycle! Tim, Trey, Allen, Liz, and the other gentlemen behind the counter were extremely patient and really worked with me to provide an excellent experience. This team is great and I feel like they do care about giving you a great experience and made things happen when I was afraid I would be going home empty handed. If there's ever a situation my friends or family see that a motorcycle is located in Chattanooga, I'll recommend that they go up there and work with that team instead of trying to get it down to a local team. You guys are great and I wish I could to do business with you all here in Atlanta.

Was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Mountain Motorsports! My jet ski was not accelerating past 5000 rpm. They got me in on the same day I called and had my problem diagnosed within an hour of me dropping my jetski off to them. Within a day of the new part I needed ordered arriving, they had it installed. The repair rate was a fair market price. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend giving this company your business!

I was over 1000 miles away from home when I had to get my motorcycle towed there because of electrical issues. At the end of a long day at the dealer I had to deal with service, sales and parts. I would like to thank everyone there for helping me so much in a time of need.
My bike was going to take 4 days to fix cause of parts which is normal, but I didn’t have that time. They ended up having a used motorcycle out back same model as mine (Kawasaki Vulcan 900) gave me a great deal on it and had a new rear tire and oil change done, and made sure the bike and I would make it back home to Maine. Well I made it back home on two wheels and I owe it White’s.
So again, thank you and the entire team for helping me that day, I truly appreciate it.

And then…we uncovered the boat and discovered this mess left by the technician. We purchased our 2023 Seadoo Switch with a 230 engine from Alcoa Good Times. We had it serviced several times for High Engine Temp. Being frustrated with continuous problems we decided to try Mountain Sports of Chattanooga. Fast response getting in for service, immediately looked at problem and returned a perfectly operational boat less than a week. The boat was under warrenty so the cost to me were minimal.

I’m giving Scott and his crew a big ‘shout out!’ My Can Am Spyder STS was very ill and needed an over due inspection. It was so bad I had it towed in to the service department. Scott’s crew did a great job of diagnostics and service on my Spyder. I am so pleased how well my ride does now, I will be able to put more miles on without worry.

I'll be fair. I wasn't expecting much after the disappointments from the visits I had at Sevierville and Gadson Mountain Motorsports.. but this dealer ship proved to be a lot better. sure they didn't have much in the way of motorcycles, and they had way too many boats for me, and I'm not interested in a side by side. but the salesman(Jim) I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. he offered me a good deal on a NEW DM650 Suzuki,, but I didn't care for the color of the one they had in stock(white). he said they could get the black model from a different store.
the salesman tried to get me a better deal and he spoke with some guy sitting at a desk in the center of the showroom. I don't know who the dude was, but he seemed to have a real attitude,, did not care for him at all. needless to say I walked away without getting a bike,, maybe in the future. I bought my GSX-S1000 GT from Mountain Motorsport in Roswell, GA. 2 years ago. i liked dealing with them,, it's just too far to drive. I was hoping the store in Chattanooga would be very similar. it's truly not.. Roswell has a much larger selection of motorcycles to choose from,,, new and used.

Recently bought a 700 Tenere, traveling over from Murphy, NC. Lots of good things to say about the experience. Enjoyed the shop; lots of moto eye candy! Trey worked with me over the phone and email - always promptly - to negotiate pricing on the bike, and they were willing to work with me based on some lower prices I found online (regionally). Closing the deal with Andy in person was great as well; we spent quite a bit of time just taking, getting to know each other, and establishing the kind of rapport you want with a dealer that you know you’ll be working with in the future. The rest of the guys were friendly as well, and they got the bike loaded up while we finished paperwork. I’m definitely looking forward to a long-term partnership.

My wife surprised me with a new 2026 Kawasaki KLX 230 DF ABS for Christmas 2025. She told me they were very good to deal with, especially since that particular bike wasn’t available within a 350 mile range. Trey, her salesman, personally drove from Chattanooga to another dealer somewhere in Alabama to pick it up on a Monday for her, and they’re closed on Mondays. I call that superb service for getting a sale done. I appreciate the way they treated her since she’s done this kind of thing before at other motor sports dealerships and since she is a woman, she told me they’d talk down to her like she didn’t know what she was talking about, but not here.
They could stand to have a larger selection of bikes and like one of the other reviewers said, they have a lot of boats, but they’re right by the river so that makes sense.
Overall, great experience with this dealership!
